We contracted Fireside Catering to handle the bulk of our wedding this past August at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum. We were delighted with their execution of our special day. We worked closely with Jessica Belanger during the process. She represented her company impressively while finessing our special requests and various questions. During our process, Jessica was professional and easy to work with. We thought their array of hors d'oevres and meal selection made it easy for us to select appropriately for our wedding party. After going to the tasting, we quickly figured out that their presentation also stood out compared to others we had seen/tasted.

On our wedding day, Fireside Catering executed famously. The team handled the set up, schedule, cues and breakdown to our expectations. The dishes resembled what we had seen during our tasting, from looks, proportions and to taste. Though there were a couple things that we believe they can improve, Fireside Catering rocked our event.

As a wedding photographer in the Boston Area, I've worked with Fireside numerous times over the years and I've loved every wedding with them. I've work with Amy at Moraine farm and Tim at Fruitlands. Each and every event is thoughtfully planned. I always love working with their staff as I know the day will be executed flawlessly and if there are any surprises they are wonderful at working with the other vendors so the couple has the perfect event. Also, the food is some of the best in the industry.

When we were planning our wedding the food was the most important part of the reception. We are foodies. We travel the world to the top food destinations. We and our guests had high expectations for the food. We were initially interested in Fireside because of their locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. We worked with Maura from Fireside to come up with a menu that truly represented who we are. Maura exceeded every expectation that we had during the planning process. Over the year we worked together she was responsive, creative, and just a super cool person. The pricing was reasonable and they were extremely flexible.

The food at our wedding was some of the best we have ever had and easily the best wedding food we have had. They accommodated our preference for gluten free food and many vegan options. We couldn't have chosen a better team to work with!
