Firehouse Subs Review

I just came here expecting a very bad experience but I was very surprised on how nice the workers were and how amazing I was treated. The workers looked like they enjoyed to work there and the atmosphere was very friendly

I love F.S. sandwiches! They are tasty and reasonably priced! The place looks clean n staff is attentive. I had someone a bit rude the last time i was there (that's why the 4 stars) but on average...they're good people who serve great tasty sandwiches!

If I could give one star I would. This must be the only Firehouse that doesn't support veterans. All othe Fiehouse Subs offers a free drink to veterans but this one. How sad.

Our high school soccer team decided to do a quick last minute lunch between games. We poured into Firehouse Subs and everyone was on their game. Subs came out quickly and to order, especially given the amount of orders that were being pushed through in such a short amount of time. Our plates were even picked up with a friendly smile and thoughtful, How was everything? Thanks for giving us such great customer service!

Walked in got no greeting no one helped us. We asked a male working if he was going to help us he just walked off. One girl was just standing there and another playing with 2 children. We stood there for 10 minutes before we were helped and then were out of drinks except sprite and Diet Coke. Our sandwiches were soggy and no pickles. Very rude and no manners!!

My wife and I ordered a large Italian sub to go and split. Both halves were placed in individual To-Go containers. That was unexpected and nice.

Don t believe the hype of other places, this is by far the best sub place. Other places have good subs but the subs I exceptional by far, if you are from out of state and don t have firehouse where you live then you have to try this place, as I say in other reviews, theirs a reason it s crowded.

Both times i have ever came here my subs haven't been correct they leave stuff off it everytime. Then when I called tonight and the manager said she didnt know what I wanted her to do. So I explained fix my order it got fixed but horrible service and customer service. Wont be coming back after tonight I will stick to subway.

Wonderful Hero sub. Can t wait to come here on my breaks and devour a big ol sub! Also very clean and bright atmosphere.

Love this place.. The manager Benny is great.. Jennifer the cashier is amazing. They are fast fresh and hott subs. Never will go anywhere else to eat. Great customer service . 5 stars all round.

Love this firehouse sub. My favorite sub is the Italian but I'll eat just about anything from here. The staff you have is amazing. Nice, funny, friendly people.

Subs and rolls are steamed,,,, dont care for soggy sandwiches,,, have potential but not my cup of tea.....

I thought taste is like subway. however, after I ate "Smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket", I regretted to visit here late. I should have visited as fast as quickly.

Stopped in for free sub for name of the day. They always provide great customer service no matter how busy it is.

I have not been to Firehouse in a long time. Went recently and the service has gone down (per this one visit). Was never greeted, was interrupted by the cashier when giving my food order, and the staff was cutting up the whole time like it was their own house (loud and kind of obnoxious for patrons). Makes me remember how Wendy's went downhill after Mr. Thomas passed. Food was outstanding as usual as was the awesome sweet tea!

There subs are always good. I had the turkey with jerk sauce. I don't really like turkey but it was very tasty.

Excellent service. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. You can see the restaurant from the road which made it easy to find and they have great parking.

I ordered through GrubHub while at work today. I asked for some sauce on the side and they forgot to put it with my order in the bag. HOWEVER they totally made up for it! I called to let them know i was missing the sauce, and an amazing man named Bennie answered. I told him i was very disappointed that the sauce was missing. He offered to bring me the sauce! I told him i was only looking for a sincere apology but he insisted on bringing it to me anyway. Then.....when he shows up in a matter of MINUTES, he brings me the ENTIRE BOTTLE OF SAUCE!!!!!!!!!! I just could not believe it. I was absolutely thrilled. THANK YOU BENNIE for the AMAZING, ABOVE-AND-BEYOND customer service you provided today. I am the happiest customer thanks to him. ORDER FROM HERE ! if they mess up, all you gotta do is call and POLITELY complain, lol! They will obviously go above and beyond to correct their mistakes.

Never get delivery thought them late and order was so wrong spend over 20 dollar for a sub to be delivered and I went to open it and they were not to have no mayo green pepper and no onion and more cheese but it had mayo green pepper onion and no extra cheese and I have proof of what I order and what I got. B. S

Went there for lunch and 10 brooks employees walked in right before me. Instead of making me wait, Bennie addressed me by my first name (from the badge I was wearing) and got me out of there in less than 3 minutes. Customer service is amazing! I will be returning!

I pick firehouse over any sub shop!! Wish there were firehouses in ohio:(

Both times I found them very soggy. They claim superior high grade
Meats and cheeses. I can't dispute this claim due to the fact there
Wasn't enough of either to tell.
Sorry guys there's much better out there for the same, if not less $$.

Hook and ladder salad is great with enough for 2 meals. Always good! Tried the brisket and cheddar for the 1st time. Yum! The brisket is very lean and is now one of my go to sandwiches.

Absolutely terrible. Very sorry to say this establishment has gone downhill sandwiches just made like they used to be nor do they even taste like they used to be. Ended up having to throw it in the trash

Fabulous subs! Fresh bread and quality meats make this place my favorite! They make a wonderful vegi sub with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms! Provolone cheese melted on top and get it "fully involved"! Yum!

I literally just waited 40 minutes for my sandwich. The time of the order was 7:20 and we got our food at 8:00.

Horrible service. Asked for meatball sub light sauce. They burnt it and it was extra dry. Didn t even speak when I came in. They all need training.
