They were very fast about responding when I first applied . There was a request for additional information about my company . I complied with everything and then I was told I wasn't approved for merchant service. No explanation...thanks .

I am new to working with Finsync, but the staff and support are fantastic. There is an extremely fast turnaround for any questions I have. I have worked with a larger payroll company in the past and felt like I was "just another number" in line. With Finsync I have a personal relationship with the staff and feel our company is a priority. They are wiling to take time and train with me and I couldn't be happier with the support. If I find a problem with anything, the staff is quick to find a solution and work on bettering the services provided. I feel the staff and support team are constantly working to make their product better and up to date and that makes me feel good about working with Finsync.
FINSYNC has really helped me with business accounting processes and organization - seriously a game-changer! I highly recommend using their software in combination with services. They empower businesses to grow with strategy and the support of a team!

I have only been working with FINSYNC since October of 2017. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure. This is my first time dealing with FINSYNC and they have always been helpful. They are always available, if my contact was not available they would get someone else to help me. If I had questions or concerns they are always willing to walk me through my issues. I have worked with Santi, Nolan, Allen, Nathan, Kevin, Anna, and Meagan. And they have all been very nice and professional. I know that sometimes their clients might be a little difficult, but they have always handled each and every client in the same way. No matter what the issue or task was. I can honestly say that I would recommend FINSYNC to any company.
Been using this Finsync for years and have turned on my accountant, and many of my friends with small biz. Excellent enjoy it more than quickbooks or xero.
The customer service we have received from FINSYNC has been amazing and makes it stand out from the rest of the online accounting options. I requested a couple of features and they were immediately implemented by the development team. This review does not reflect the quality of the payroll service feature, which I believe is still in the implementation stage.
I had been using Quickbooks Online because I was told it was the industry standard. Finsync told me I could spend less and get more - and they were right. I used to write paper checks out for some vendors - now I just click a button. I would have to hit the post office, then the bank on Fridays. Not anymore. I can get those bills (and checks)sent to Finsync and they'll put paper bills into my software and money into my bank. Way beyond what I was hoping for. And real people answer my questions when I write, and they call me to point out things I may have missed. Calling Quickbooks support used to require gearing up for a long time on hold...I won't go on. Just try it out. Find the goodies that make your accounting easier. And get back to work.
FINSYNC has by far been the most unpredictable company to work with. I was blatantly lied to by their support staff. They failed to process an important and time-sensitive invoice for our business and claimed they would deposit the funds the next business day. LIES. No deposit came and when I questioned the support staff his response was a further delay of at least 3 business days. The money is TOO LATE. This customer is GONE and will make sure every business contact NEVER touches FinSync. Claiming to be a company with bells and whistles to help with cash flow stabilization and COMPLETELY falling short on a simple processing of an invoice is SO NOT helpful in stabilizing cash flow. This company should be ashamed of their product and ashamed of their ethic. There is no recourse in my situation other than to DEAL with the consequences of a late payment caused by FINSYNC ALONE. We confirmed that there was no user error on our part and we confirmed setting to ensure the invoice receipt was sent to our client. Our client NEVER received the invoice, never received the receipt. THIS COMPANY IS A FAILURE IF I'VE EVER SEEN ONE.

FinSync has been awesome to work with and super helpful whenever we needed help navigating the system or with any other services. I'd highly recommend them to any business.
Last update - October 2020 - I moved to Quick Books Online. Finsync was unable to resolve issues but not for a lack of trying. They get an A for effort but an F for execution. While QBO is expensive compared to Finsync at least it all works and is simple to use. By the way, Finsync cuts you off from your data and does not let you delete your accounts when you move to another platform, QBO and others give you access to YOUR data for 12 months.
Update - I was contacted by the Finsync team and the issues are being addressed and resolved. I am glad i stuck with them and look forward to the continuous development and improvement of their software.
Finsync was recommended by my bank as an alternative to QuickBooks. It is not nearly as refined or polished and not all Finsync functions work properly. The auto sync for bank accounts and credit cards is spotty at best and requires frequent intervention and substantial time to correct. One exchange with Tech support in trying correct a sync issue with Citi bank involved more than a month of trial and error with the support team and literally more than a hundred emails - then two months later it quit working again. I don't believe it is the job of a paying customer to troubleshoot their systems sso I have chosen to go without this feature - the don't appear to working on a fix. ACH issues are another problem, status and communication is poor. Timeliness of incoming ACH's is a real concern since you can't count on Finsync's help file or system for accurate information and calls generally go unreturned. In the end Finsync is about 20% less expensive than QB but with fewer features and less reliability I am not sure I made the best choice.
The customer service from FINSYNC has been excellent during my time using the platform. Our company was a startup and benefited from the affordable pricing platform as well.
My experience with Finsync has been nothing but 5 star. The customer service, support, and relationship that has developed over the short period of time using the software has been phenomenal. For all of my businesses I feel comfortable, and confident knowing that I have Finsync. All of the above is the reason i believe I will stay with the company for all of my accounting needs. Top notch!
I've been using FINSYNC for payroll processing since early 2017 and so far I've been very impressed. Not only is their interface user friendly, but even when I have a question I can receive and answer within minutes via phone or email from local friendly people. They may be cost effective but the service definitely does not fall short and I will continue to use them for my businesses.
Glad to finally have a solution that handles our billing, invoicing, payroll and accounting all in one. First accounting solution I have ever seen that has US based service and can truly help when we have questions.
Signed on with FINSYNC in Q3 2016 and has turned out to be an excellent decision. I use FINSYNC as my preferred tool for tracking income/expenses, invoicing customers, and paying vendors. It truly is a 1 stop shop for my business administrative needs. The system is very functional, organized, and easy to use. My Client Success Manager (customer service rep) is tremendous and the FINSYNC team immediately jumps on any questions/concerns I have. As I grow my business, I plan for FINSYNC to be my #1 business tool!
We have been using FINSYNC as the accounting system for Competitive Sports Analysis over the past 18 months. In 2017, we engaged them to process our payroll as well. As the founder and CEO of a small company, I wear many hats and FINSYNC has reduced the cost and effort needed to manage our accounting process. The system is great and the FINSYNC Team goes the extra mile to answer our questions and ensure that we have a good experience.
This company is great! I can't express it enough. They listen to and implement feed backs and improvements to there products often and our very open to their clients suggestions. Just give them and shot and I bet you will be amazed too.
Finsync has been a great company to work with. I own and operate a small residential construction company and had previously used Quick Books for all of my accounting services. I like Finsync because it is more flexible than Quickbooks and the customer service support is GREAT. They were able to move all of move files over with no problem. Again the customer service is GREAT. I've had a great experience.
The staff at Finsync are easily accessible and understanding. Learning a new software has been a breeze with their assistance. The amount of capabilities this software has is amazing!
As an independent bookkeeper, I have used a number of online accounting services. FINSYNC is head and shoulders above the rest. From an accounting standpoint, everything is very straightforward and similar to other providers. The key differences are in these areas: All-in-one system, top notch customer care, and project management.
All-in-one: You can do it all from accounting, to paying bills, to invoicing customers, to paying employees. As a bookkeeper, I rarely need to log onto my clients banking websites because everything I need is in the FINSYNC portal.
Top Notch Custom Care: Have you ever tried to call an online accounitng software provider? It is painful. That is NOT the case with FINSYNC. They are a U.S. based company, their customer support is U.S. based, and they are here to provide timely answers to your issues by either phone, email, or directly on their website.
Project management: A unique feature that helps almost anyone in any industry. If you have ever wondered if a job was worth the time and effort that was going to need to be put into it, or if you are wondering what area of your business you should focus on growing, this is the greatest feature. You can add in every aspect of a given project, and start tracking them. Find out your most profitable jobs, your employees that are always on the most efficient jobs, the expenses that seem to cost you the most money on projects, etc. It is something every business owner needs to know, but not every business owner is able to track this. Now you can. This has been an eye opener for a number of my clients, and is the top reason I recommend FINSYNC to everyone.
We started using Finsync to simplify our payroll duties, then we discovered that Finsync also acts as a more simple Quickbooks option. We also REALLY like the ability to invoice, email and client ability to pay via ACH as soon as they get the invoice. We highly recommend Finsync to anyone looking for a program to simplify their business.

Just started using Finsync about 6 months ago, because of the lack of time I had in my week to go into quickbooks and keep everything organized. I can say I was skeptical to switch after using quickbooks for 5 years, but have falling in love with the program after seeing how easy it is to organize my jobs, employee's time, and get bills/invoices sent.
I am just starting to use the service, however, David, has been on top of everything. Emailed a question and it was returned with a phone call extremely fast. Problem solved... Looking to work more with this system.
