GREAT PAY!!! ALMOST TOO MUCH!!! they will take anyone off the street as a contracted worker and pay u $1000+ a week but i feel there is alot of money wasted! considering they end up getting alot of people who dont know so much about the work they are supposed to be doing and end up slowing the real workers down
I have worked here for bay ship direct, tradesmen international, and starting Friday through pds tech. fantastic company great work culture to get things done in a timely manner. best welding job I've had, the ships are very impressive and it's a fun place to work. they expect you to earn what your paid like it should be it can suck sometimes with the wind and snow/ice etc but just dress warm and weld away, listen, do your job. leadmen In my experience always more than willing to help like it should be. a+ company
