Very upset with this company, for the past three & a half years I ve payed my bill monthly and when I called for balance owing was totally shocked at what was owing. Did my calculations and it s my payments worked out to being 20% on the principal and a whopping 80% in interest.
I would have been better using a credit card.

The process was a little extreme for the questionnaire on the phone to verify my identity. The girl who took me though it in the underwriter department was fantastic though and really made that part much more bearable than I thought it would be.

Very poor sales process for businesses interested in offering a financing option to customers.

After having my time wasted by this company I found another supplier with much better customer service and processes.

I am so beyond impressed right from dealing with Murray who sold us the Hot Tub, to the delivery guys who set it up, and everyone in between at Calais Spas in Courtenay!! We've had the best experience. And we are so happy! Thank you to everybody!

Fantastic company. I love that they are extremely responsive to emails. Telephone calls were always answered and terms were clearly communicated. We used financit in september to get a much needed new roof and paid the loan off in april. No early payoff penalty and my request for early payoff was processed immediately by Faiqa. She was awesome! Thanks and we will definitely use Financit again for any major purchases!

Financeit was fantastic to deal with. They understood what we wanted and needed and made it happen. Will highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Be very careful when dealing with this Company. They are doing FRAUD with innocent customers with the help of Livesmart Home Comfort. They (livsmart and Financiet) forged my signatures and signed a contract on my name that I never ever saw or signed.. Even a child can tell that those are fake signatures. I have put stop payment on that with the help of my bank. This woman Priscilla from Financiet started calling us on regular bases and started threatening me that it will affect my credit line badly but never answered my questions and concerns. I have consulted my lawyer and we have all the necessary documents against them. We have asked them several times to meet us in court and take a legal action against us if they think we are at fault but nothing, just threatening calls and emails. Lets see when do I see them in court but I'm not paying a single penny to them for doing a HUGE fraud with us with the help of Livsmart home comfort.

Easy process to apply, easy processing and easy finalization.

This was hands down the easiest application process I've ever gone through. The user experience has clearly been the focus.

Financeit is a disorganised, poorly run and managed company. I had to go through them when I was purchasing a bike from a shop in Calgary. I sadly learned that this company were the only ones who offered bike financing for the stores here.

Initially, the application was fairly straightforward however a big complaint is that being in Alberta, legal age is 18. In Ontario however, the age is 19 and they would not finance for under 19 years old. They need some type of setup where no matter what, the legal age of the customers province is what they go by. They do realise that not everyone in Canada lives in Ontario, right?

As a result, my approval was denied but they recommended getting my father to cosign the loan application for it to be processed. I did as they suggested and included all necessary information. At first everything went through and the application was approved. I called the bike shop, they looked it over and ordered my bike based on that. Less than a couple days later, we get a note back from Financeit saying that the application has been denied yet again as the direct deposit slip submitted was not completed properly (although even our bank confirmed that there were no errors.

After this mess, I resent it again but the website automatically declined my request and would not even let me submit the application for approval. I called and was greeted by a snobby, fairly useless employee who kept repeating the same questions over and over in a condescending fashion. After being on hold for quite a while, she returns to say that the entire situation is fishy and they have put a mark on our account to notify in the future that we need to be checked extra! That makes you feel real good, doesn't it?!

In the end, this company has messed up all of the plans we had, the bike shop will not cancel the order as it was a custom order and we need to come up with thousands we were not planning to have to spend. Thank god the bike shop has patience or we would be SOL! I would NEVER recommend Financeit to anyone and in fact, I have already talked a couple of my friends out of using them. JUST AVOID THE HASSLE AND PAY YOUR ITEM IN FULL OR APPLY FOR A CASH LOAN THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE! Unless you want to be screwed, do not give Financeit any business whatsoever!
