Very disappointed, I was treated like if were a 3rd chance credit, refused without reasonable explanation and told to called equifax. I look at my report every month my credit is good i dont derserve to be answered that way. When i called equifax they responded that even they couldnt understand.

Great way to finance home improvements, easy and quick.

Financing was fairly easy. Ver convenient application and verification process. Although interest rate is high the installments are easy.

Was easy and fast pre-approval. Anything over $15,000 requires proof of ownership of your home tho.

it was super easy the loan was done in home from my dealers tablet.

It was quite easy getting a loan with Financeit, having never worked with this firm before it was just a matter of minutes to be approved, they just check your credit history and if all is in order the loan will be approved. The zero percent interest for the 12 months made me take this offer up. Thanks

Terrible company!!! They hire customer service reps that have no respect for the clients what so ever. The one rep I spoke to named Michael yelled at me through out the whole call and when I asked to be transferred to another rep that rep said I didn t give the other rep the chance to speak... after all this they hung up on me not once but twice.

I use them for my small plumbing business. Easiest application ever but a bit pricey. Great support. A little worried about privacy. Wanted 4.5 but leaning towards 5 stars because of my sales rep.

They are pretty good to deal with, I had to change my banking information and they were very helpful on doing the transfer even though this all happened during the same time as the withdraw they arranged it so that my credit score wouldn't take a hit because of my banks screw up. Thanks! It makes the world of a difference to have good customer service! I would recommend to use your company in the future. And your rates are fairly good as well. But dealing with nice people is better than having the lowest interest rate and horrible customer service! So thank you!

This is my second time financing with Financeit and both times have been a positive experience. Their customer service is great, every time I've called I was quickly connected with someone who was very helpful and pleasent!

Reps shared wrong information throughout the process. Had me run my credit and another persons credit when it was pointless as you don't qualify if you already hold a loan with them. Also stated no income verification for a loan under 30k. Then later asked for income verification.

One of the best services I received that enabled us to have our mountain bikes! Thank you Finance IT! :)

The loan was done completely online and I never met or spoke to anyone during the process. It was a very sterile experience. The online tools are not the most intuitively designed, I had a hard time finding what I wanted. Other than that, it worked and I repaid in one whole payment so I don't have anything that wowed me to report.

Very disappointed service. Reject application because they want physical location doesn't matter if you have or not. They want stores not mobile service providers.

I have nothing bad to say about this company. They made it possible for me to fix up my house, which needed a lot of work. Their payments are reasonable as well.

Recently used Financeit and it couldn't have been easier. I was very impressed.

Our installers Josh, Paul, Scott, Tim and Andrew were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process look so easy, and I can assure you with a 1968 house, 1/2 way Stucco' d it wasn't a simple job. Centra was fantastic, right from the get go, and we would recommend them to anyone.
