Telephone rings perpetually empty
Too tiring email response
Precise and punctual only on the 27th
It is easy to imagine who designed this beautiful forest spot for friends and relatives

Ineffective at best. they probably work 5 minutes a day. They don't answer the phone during the hours. They don't respond to emails. The only time I was told they were told in smart Working, the manager is therefore not reachable. Classic example of why smartworking is frowned upon, evidently they consider it vacation.
6 months to accept a file and payments over 180 days.
Example of the inefficiency of public structures that work poorly.

They are never in the office and never respond, scandalous

Shameful. Very slow and ineffective. Nobody answers you by email and you have to try alemno 20 times by phone. They will work 20 minutes a day, I think to have such a scandalous availability.
