Didn't get the type of room I requested. There was construction going on over night. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Incredibly big and blue against the skyline this hotel was certainly easy to spot! There aren't many other things around so you'll need a car, but from here it's nice and easy to get out to Bear Mountain.

The walls are paper thin, especially when you have an adjoining room.

Ask for a high room if you like heights, the lift is half glass and the view is great!

Very clean and underrated hotel. Has a very relaxing ambiance to its lobby to restaurant/bar area. Food is great. Rooms all smell clean and fresh being I service the carpets, I know. Stay room areas are kept very quiet at night being 14 to 24 floors up.

Went there for a wedding, and the elevators did not work whatsoever. Out of the three, only one worked correctly which also took 10 mintues to arrive. The desk clerk didn't know any information about where breakfast was being held for the wedding guests. He led us to the wrong party's breakfast. When we actually got to the correct place, we came to realize that breakfast wasn't even ready to be served (they were "running late"). The venues for ceremonies held prior to the wedding were not ready in time for the event either, also pushing the event back an hour. They charged the newlyweds' family (who paid for the rooms), as well as us. They double charged us. Although the stay was comfortable, would not recommend for a huge event...

I attended a friend's wedding last night.& it was SO AMAZING! SUCH A GREAT VENUE!!!

Weird hotel, short staffed, below par bar and restaurant. Poorly lighted grounds.

The service was very good and room was really nice. The pool area was great and it was all amazing.

Firts no have lights at the parking lot and is too dark then the elevator dont work , the soda machine dont work , no have any place or store where you can find chips or soda only the restaurand that is over price then the pool is warm but dirty and the jacuzzy very very dirty and the water of the pool is more hot that Jacuzzi and the jacuzzi is only for 4 person how can made a jacuzzi too small fpr a big hotel no make senses i order i room with bath and gime a stand shower im so upset about this hotel i stay at diferent sheraton but this is terrible dont belive the picture of the pool look like that becuase is terrible .

Confortable but the gym was closed, the pool was closed and the laundry room was so closed

Convent location to Mahwah corporate centers. Nice rooms. Nice fitness center and pool.

Place is completely dated the rooms are really but the outside looks great and love the elevators the bad part is the parking garage has a bad step yes it does say that but it should be leveled

This is my second visit for Thanksgiving. The hotel restaurant has a thanksgiving dinner special that we like to take advantage of, and the next day we go shopping at the mall or outlets to start our Christmas shopping. Unfortunately the club lounge was under renovations. But we had a nice stay.

The ballroom was great and the wait staff was excellent!

It's a really big building in the middle of nowhere. The entire first floor smelled like bacon in the morning, and they didn't have free wifi. Parking was absurdly ample, and was located within a one-way traffic circle a quarter-mile-or-so around (to remind guests that they're in New Jersey, I suppose). There were a lot of fountains in the atrium. And a bird, but I don't think the bird was supposed to be there: hope they got it out OK. I'm not sure if any of this explains why the room smelled of cat piss, but there was that as well. Not enough that you couldn't get used to it, but still...

My School makes there annual dinner celebration at the ballrooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly Staff but the hotel needs work the elevators are not working when I visited I had to use the service elevators

The years have not been kind to this once GRAND hotel. Now, the sheets are stained, the wall paper is peeling, and our room had a musty smell. Sad...

Didn't even get to the rooms everything leading up to the room is gorgeous!! They have a breathtaking waterfall in the lobby. Very nice people!

Very nice hotel at intersection Rt. 287 & Rt. 17 & N.Y. Thruway .. easy to see from roadways .. 12 stories high .. a little difficult to get to .. several turns .. go slow and follow signs .. be glad you did .. Rooms start on 12 th floor .. 220 rooms available .. lots of local business travelers Monday thru Friday .. room service fast bit on high side $$$ .. restaurants on premises $$$ .. ENJOY .. renovated 2017 .. indoor pool .. business center .. exercise fitness center.

I went there for a wedding reception. This place looks neat and expensive. There are nice landscape outside of this hotel.

The hotel was amazing. Our room was right next to the elevators so it sounded like it was windy outside but it was just the elevators. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and far from city, but close to highway

It was an Ok stay, The elevators were Not working at all and everyone had to use the Service Elevators. Also staff was a little rude and impolite. I was there for a wedding this past weekend and the room was overpriced and smelly.

I was stay in 8/18/18. 14 th floor All 3 Elevator don t work that say use services Elevator only one work ..key bord in service don t work I go 20 th floor use the stairs to come 14 th floor
When I check out I call front desk she say Elevator tuning to slow just 1 work I wait for 45 min to use elevator then I use 14 th floor to ground use stairs with my two bags .. naver stay again this place
No manager on duty...

Stayed the nights. Very good hotel. Food above average. Meeting rooms good. Service excellent. Only issue is construction with some areas closed like fitness area. Club closed over weekend for special events.

This was a very good looking hotel. My wife and I spent 4 nights and 5 days here for my birthday. Nice hotel except only one elevator was working and the room was not all that clean. Very difficult to see the view, which was amazing, through dirty windows, which I cleaned myself, the furniture was scratched up as well. The bathroom door had something all down the inside of it. Also the carpet was not very clean and the in room coffee pot had a used coffee filter in it. Needless to say we didn't use that. Also I understand traveling during COVID that there are some things that may not be accessed,but not being able to use an ice machine or cups in the room seems a bit much. Also the pool and spa was closed which I didn't know when I booked the room. It was also a long walk to the car, which is difficult with the amount of bags. Another downside was the spotty WiFi, I brought my Xbox to watch movies and had to stand in the lobby while the front desk called about the wifi issues. There was one very good thing, which is why I gave 3 stars! The older women at the front desk, I don't recall her name, and Thomas. Big shout out to them both. Thomas was a great source of entertainment for us and both were the nicest people I have met in a while!

Checked in at 11:30 and they did not have our two bed. room. They tried putting us in a studio with no bed. Now half hour later they say they are finding a room for us. Really?

Was able to check in very early, which was nice. Rooms were okay. New lobby looked really nice

The Sheraton hotel featured an excellent atmosphere that is not present among most hotels. Everything felt classy, clean, and the rooms had good prices.

Good hotel. Mostly used by business travelers and weddings. I was a bit disappointed by their choice to close the restaurant when there were hundreds of guests there in the winter. Otherwise it was an acceptable hotel.

A great property for an event. Rooms are too small.

Placed in the middle of nowhere by itself really, pretty peaceful place. I went for a friend's breakfast event and they were periodically checking in on the food and people, nice service and quite attentive!
