The picture of surrounding areas make you believe the hotel is nicer than it is. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There is a restaurant down stairs. We didn t try it but heard good things.

The rooms need a major renovation. At least the bathrooms. Dry wall was falling apart, cracks in the ceiling.

Even on the 2nd floor we had a pretty view of NYC skyline. The hotel is minutes from Hoboken a great place to hangout at bars and eat.

Very disappointed with thier food, I order filet mignon. I got London Broiler and I complained, that is too thin they brought the same meat and put another London broiler on the top. I tried my friend's filet and it was the worset filet I have ever tried.

The hotel is really nice looking. Staff is very accommodating and the room that we got was a corner room so larger than average and really nice. We did it specifically for the hotel being pet friendly. That said it is not without its drawbacks. The thermostat in the room had to stay at 62 to keep the room at a livable temperature. It only goes to 60 for cooler sleepers, you will be out of luck. The breakfast buffet is a whopping $18 per person for food a Hampton Inn gives everyone for free. The shuttle to the town doesn't have a schedule and we were told it could drop us off but not pick us up which made it useless. Overall the place is nice but overpriced. If you don't need pet friendly I would look elsewhere unless you have the money to spare.

Main entrance with a waterfall fountain was a nice touch, leaving to a hallway toward the main conference room. There was a mini cocktail room adjacent to the hallways outside the conference room where cocktails and hors d'oeuvres were being served. Audio was acceptable and decor was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall great experience

The renovations look very nice. Suites and ballroom are great. I hope they renovate the 12th floor asap. View is beautiful from this hotel as well. Parking lot and roads needs to be paved properly.

Look elsewhere! Staff likes to fight, Elevators trap you inside!!

I have recently stayed at the property from July 12th, 2018- July 15th 2018. Check in process was a night-mare. I should have turned elsewhere but unfortunately we were hosting a wedding at the Sheraton Mahwah and it was too late to notify guests. To begin, the front desk staff is horribly RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They continuously bragged about their " 2 Million Dollar" renovation where they clearly forgot to replace and or repair the elevators which DO NOT work properly, open in the event that you do not clear the doors before they begin to close, and most importantly stop working mid way down the shaft. Furthermore, they also only had one elevator working for 2 days of my stay for a property with over 20 floors! You may be better off taking the stairs but bring your own flashlight because most of the stairwells are missing lighting!!!! Last but not least, if you encounter an older gentlemen with a large pony tail be prepared, he may try to FIGHT YOU. YES, you read that correctly.

If you're thinking of hosting any type of event, DO NOT consider this property. There are plenty of other options for a much better experience!

Good

Excellent hotel. Some pluses were the Starbucks pods in your room so you can make yourself a good cup of coffee before leaving if you have little time in the morning. Hotel was elegant and seemed well maintained. Room was smaller than typical but all fixtures in the room and bathroom worked well.
Hotel is right off NJ 17 but finding the exit is a little hard, you have to pay good attention to your GPS because the signs for the hotel aren't very large. But you can easily see the hotel when you're driving as it's the tallest building in the area.
Very close to food and shopping. Conveniently close to the New World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Excellent stay, highly recommended.

I've been on hold with them for 26 minutes now, and no one has even picked up to greet me and say "please hold". I've been calling the past 2 days and I've been leaving my name and number to give them MY money and have my wedding there. It's always the same "Phelix will call you back" - however at this rate I would NEVER want my wedding and have it managed at such a rude and careless place with absolutely ZERO customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Showing its age. Once you get up close you see that the property has never been maintained over the years. Broken steps, patched concrete old and dying landscape. The parking garage is very dark and dirty as well as falling apart. This is one property certainly not worthy of the Sheraton name.

Stranded in the area late at night, needed a place to stay and the clerk making no eye contact told us the whole hotel was booked when the parking lot was less than half full. Very much seemed like they just didn't want to have to turn the room around, leaving my friends and I stranded in the area without a place to stay.

Our A/C went out needed a place to stay. Thank you for throwing me on a floor that was under renovation certainly what my wife and I and our two kids 5 & 3 wanted after being stuck in a 90+ degree home. Well done

Please skip this hotel...Elevators were out of service, we had to take the stairs all the way from the 17th floor and we ended up coming out of a fire exit door by the loading dock of the hotel!! No microwave, fridge wasn't even working, room service didn't show up until 4pm, they took $70 out of my debit card without prior notice in case of "incidentals "

Beautiful modern hotel spectacular views of the mountains impecable service food & staff.

The entire premises spotless to rival a Ritz Carlton.

What can U say, and the rates just terrific. Little known secret. Quietly nestled in its peaceful beautiful property. Vacation by itself.

I stay here once per year for a night or two while attending an annual conference. The accommodations are fairly good. I am particularly fond of the number of charging stations in the room. Overall good value
