Great hotel. Great parking. Great views as well from the rooms but the amenities says free breakfast but found out that it s only 2 per room so when our family checked in with 2 kids (family of 4), the front desk said the kids weren t included in the free breakfast. Needed Expedia to step in and help us out since we booked with them. In the end, they were kind enough to give a voucher for our kids as well.

Stayed here because the wedding had blocked out some rooms. Check-in was a bit of a hassle due to being given the wrong room. Housekeeping knocked on our door three times after having declined cleaning service because they thought we had checked out. While trying to get ready for the wedding, the water had been shut off with no advance warning. After returning from the wedding, we found out we had been locked out from our room. Not a good experience here.

Very nice grounds and very nice inside the hotel. Room was clean and had a great view out of the 21st floor window. Unfortunately, I didn't stay here because I checked into the wrong hotel for a wedding. They took care of me at the front desk and refunded my stay. And I received great customer service from Stella when I asked for confirmation that my stay had been refunded.

It's a nice hotel near New York. Definitely better than the options in New York. They placed me on the club floor right next door to the club lounge. The entire morning all I heard was the slamming of the club room door, the room vibrates every time that door closes. Probably the worst room in the hotel. Probably not a good thing to have a room like that on the club floor.

Recently stayed overnight while visiting family. Hotel was extremely comfortable even though there was a large wedding party and another event going on there. Bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. The property is large and expansive and set back alone from the road. The pool area was very nice with cushioned lounge chairs. It has separate toilet shower areas in the pool area including towels to dry off with and toiletries, blow dryer, everything you need to finish up with using the gym or the pool. The restaurant had a buffet which we ate which was good. We didn't use the restaurant other than the buffet but the room service menu was expansive and looked very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again. Close to New York and lots of nice towns to visit.

I love this hotel because it's a place not too far but you can get away and feel like you're away and it's a very nice hotel. Of course the restaurant is very expensive. There's nothing right next to it but everything is a short drive from it. You can go to the movies, different malls and other stuff in the mall to do. Lots of places to eat where you're not spending a ton of money for what the hotel charges. Breakfast is the most outrageous pricing st the hotel than any other meal and it's just crazy. One time we were here and they had a car show and Eddie from the munsters was there with memorabilia. The hotel is very beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful building. Staff is super friendly. and they are doing renovations to most of their rooms. Room size was perfect and room was clean. One thing I didn't understand was they do not do complimentary coffee on the weekend. For $3.25 a cup, you can definitely get coffee elsewhere.

Room was located on 19th floor. Beautiful view. Very large hotel. Elevator provided a great look at tge tiered fountains in front of the building. Plenty of parking. Room was clean but surprisingly smaller than expected. Hallway in room barely had enough space to open bathroom door. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendlym

I stayed on room 1624 and the view was spectacular on 16th floor.
I was amazed by the fountain view and the restaurant.
Servants/Workers treated me like a Prince or a High-Class person.
Just when I came in the doors of Sheraton Mahwah I said to myself, these vacations are going to be great.
And they were!

Went there with my daughter and husband. It was clean, it was beautiful and extravagant. Loved the room. Clean, with heat and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing! Jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the tree and leaves turning fall colors. Breakfast was amazing too with people walking around serving us coffee and asking if we were ok. So many good places around to have dinner at. And this hotel has a beautiful front view. No complaints!

Very disappointed in this hotel. We stayed here because our reunion was being held here. We supposedly got a reduced rate (still thought it was expensive). The bed mattress was old and had a large crevice in the middle that we would roll into. The door deadbolt didnt work. There were no working ice machines on the floors I checked. Rooms are small with not much space to move around in. The rooms were clean but the furnishings looked like they were a little worn. Fairly easy access off 287, 17 and the NY Thruway.

Stayed here for two nights. Thin Walls made it very loud even though we were not my the elevator and on the 21st floor. Breakfast was expensive for poor quality and choice. Jets in hot tub were not working right. Not even close to the same level as the Sheraton we stayed at the night before. It was clean so I am not giving one star

Updated, hotel elevator light don't work properly, entry doors don't work, ac don't work. Bad shape hotel, Worst hotel I stayed in over 20 years, they don't give maintace to the hotel, a from door felt and almost hit one of my kids, the ac in room did not work, lounge was closed and never advice me before going to the hotel. Spoke to general manager Alex Pebolini and he was making all type of excuses, saying every week guest called him to report a problem and all they wanted was a refund, and because I reported the door bad, now he has to spend 47k fixing the door, like is my fualt the hotel is in very bad shape, for your safety and your comfort, stay in another hotel.

Had to be here as part of a bridal party I was in. Multiple members of the wedding party didn t get the king rooms they booked and got downgraded to tiny queens because unfortunately Kings weren t available . Bridal party used the bridal suite to get ready, and housekeeping came at 2pm, at the height of hair and makeup people getting the bridesmaids ready. We asked them to come later, but they refused, so the honeymoon suite
Was never cleaned for the bride
And groom. Hotel bar was supposed to be open for after party, but when we arrived after the reception, we were told, it wasn t busy so we closed . When the bridesmaids asked the front desk what happened, as this was promised with the room block, we were told the bar would be open the next night. Place is a sad excuse for a hotel. Staff was rude, especially the members of the wedding party. I ve already discounted two couples who were considering using them from doing so after our experience last night. Save yourself a nightmare, go to the
Courtyard Marriott across 17.

The service was great, the blond lady in the restaurant was very friendly. She took my order and seeing I was the only person in the restaurant , we talked while I enjoyed there turkey club sandwich! ! It was bigger then I thought, and the French fries tasted great also. The new rooms are snug area wise but that's my only complaint. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, and the room was clean

On the plus side, it is the only full service hotel in the area. It has nice views, low noise level and decent food. Now the negative is that this hotel is very tired. You get the feel of that when you first pull into the parking lot with huge potholes. It goes downhill from there. They have had elevator issues for months. It was so bad that they put signs up saying that they will be slow. Well two weeks ago they were completely stopped, with no notcie. A coworker was late for a meeting as he waited 15 minutes before an employee advised he take the service elevator. I was luckier in that I saw an employee on my floor who advised me to take the service elevator right away. This past week, when I went to take a shower that water never got even luke warm. It was a bracing experience! The next morning, the same thing happened! I called downstairs and the night manager told me the engineers "were looking at it". How about calling an outside repair service and getting it fixed after the first day?? I cancelled my stays there for the next couple weeks. Whoever owns this franchise needs to invest more in maintenance. It appears they are just milking the asset until Marriott threatens to pull their flag for missing brand standards. This would be an awesome hotel for the Hotel Impossible show! So stay here only if you don't mind starting the day with a cold shower, followed up by being late due to elevators that never show up!

The premier hotel in Northern NJ. Gym was pretty awesome for a hotel, and a large pool with a hot tub! Bar was affordable and bartender was friendly. Elevators were see through with a view! The rooms come with incredible views and the staff was helpful and kind. It is a bit isolated but a great place to stay if you need to stay in the area. They are also pet friendly. Price is not outrageous for the amazing ammenities either! Bravo Sheraton!

Rooms are very good, nicely maintained. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is little expensive but still food was of good quality and good options.
Horrible front desk staff. Even after my Frd requesting surprise cake to his room they did not do it, we tried it twice in two days but they were not interested to help. They have to train the front desk staff to be more helpful and kind.

Everything smelled fresh and was very clean so clean you could lick the floor but who would want to take that risk, No other hotel can beat this price because the view alone is worth a million dollars. The staff here serves you as if you are an executive at a fortune 500 company. The quality of the food Is 50/50 for instance the dinner was 5 stars however the breakfast was as if no love nor care no effort had even went into it.
