This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have paid twice for a month by mistake, they claim they refunded both payments which they have not. I am trying to sort this out by providing my bank statements and it seems I am literally talking indirectly with the financial department (I doubt people working there are any better cause they are not providing correct info for their colleagues) through the most incompetent people. It is more than a month now and they are sending me messages that first, have nothing to do with the problem I need help with (and is wrong info e.g. which plan I have), second they don't seem to understand at all what is happening and constantly are changing their response and third, are incapable of solving the double payment issue - how hard can it be?????
