Co. deserves minus 20 stars Ultra incompetent staff. Filing grievances does nothing. So far, 4 months on their plan, certified May 15th 2020 for 14 hours/ home aide care/week. June, July Aug, Sept, Oct 21, not ONE second of care. Can't get a live person with any info. They scheduled a ride to my PCP, wrong kind of transport, I can't walk down stairs. Called Case Mgr 9:35am. No answer. No help, Will lose all my care from PCP of 5 years by missing a 8:30am appointment tomorrow AM. No one to fix the transportation. No supervisors. Emails to Fidelis staff w/questions ignored. RUN, RUN, RUN, Lack of care will kill you. NY State paid ~$750. /month x 4.5 months, for zip! Ask for help and they say, we're just an insurance company, not a health company! Post your experience here too. Call NYS Dept of Health MLTC Complaints, Centers for Medicaid /Medicare, Ombudsman for Long Term Care. The only people who might fix it. NYS Pays, we get nothing. Fraud!
