Fidelis is the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. I am a physician for the past more than 30 years, currently practicing in Brooklyn, NY New . The worst over all experience I ever had with any insurance company is with Fidelis Care. Totally incompetent customer service, and garbage quality provider relations department. Customer service or provider relations with keep you on hold for a long time, calls will be dropped, no one will call you back. You leave a message, no one will return the call. You send an email, you will never get a response. This has happened several times.
You ask the info about the agent/staff of your area, you will not get the info. I called today at the provider relations and asked to speak with the head of the regional office, I was told, we don't have this information. No name or phone number was given to me.
I don't recommend Fidelis care either to a fellow physician or to a patient.
