Terrible. I made a horrible mistake and switched from UHC to Fidelis. I will regret it every day until I can switch back. They have denied a prescription despite my doctor advising that their alternatives have not worked for me. One of them caused a severe allergic reactions. They sent not one, but five separate envelopes to deny it. Postage, handling, their operations team, their paper (32 pages). That money could have been applied to my prescription. I had to buy it full price and I'm using it every other day to make it last.
