Fictiv gets 5 stars for speed, reliability and quality of prototyping. I received 8 unique pieces in a material that not many other places offer in the US within 5 business days, 2 of which were shipping days. The level of communication and customer service are two other reasons why I'll be back to complete my urethane molds before moving forward with production. I'll definitely follow up this review with my urethane molds experience.
Fictiv made it possible for me to produce my first manufactured product. Having only experience in prototyping was a small hurdle to jump over, thanks to them. They're reliable, knowledgeable, and capable.
They produced all the components for the product pictured, save the electronics. The CNC milled, CNC lathe turned, injection molded, laser cut, and 3D printed parts were all of outstanding quality.
Aside from one round of design revisions (documented very well by Fictiv), we practically uploaded the 3D files and got an excellent finished product a few weeks later.
There is a lot of breakage in the communication. There is no way to communicate with them except the online messaging system. Also, one cannot have the part made by two different manufacturing processes. The warnings they are suggesting on the manufacturing processes are good. Simple 15 - 30 min process took almost 5 - 6 hours to get sorted out. All this is because of the online system and having a non-technical person as the representative. The response time is horrible. So much indeterminacy.
Actually these guys fall under the example of, why a Engineering/ Manufacturing area may/ may not be suitable in the way the website based stuff is leading towards. The system cannot still replace a Manufacturing Engineer, who knows the processes and has vision on how it can be done.
Fictiv delivered a ridiculously complex model on 24 hours' notice for us. Couldn't recommend them enough for service and quality on a short timeline.

My experience with Fictiv has been great so far, and I have manufactured over 70+ parts with them. They have been excellent with communicating any potential issues with designs and giving alternative suggestions. I have only had one small problem with a part due to a website issue, and they took responsibility and made it right.
When issues on parts and drawings arise, they are always on top of contacting me to clarify information, and make sure that it is exactly what I want. I have also had a few parts made that included multiple processes such as machining and heat treating, as well as custom material that was not listed on their website. My account representative, shout out to Brandon R., was able to come up with a custom quote for exactly what I needed.
I have worked with a few other online manufacturers and from my experience Fictiv has had better quality, customer service, and user experience. Lastly, I would also like to say thank you to Zoran S. and TJ B. for their great customer service and making sure everything goes smoothly.

We have been using Fictiv for a couple months now and it has been great! Their turn around time for quotes is incredibly fast and they make placing and tracking orders so simple & easy. On top of that, they delivery quality parts on time! Their customer service has been wonderful as well. Both Zoran and Erin are great and have addressed any questions we have right away. Cheap quality. There are better places than this place. Customer service is absolutely trash.
Super customer service and good options for getting physical objects made in a variety of processes. All the parts I have received are high quality and I get heads-up emails if things aren't prefect before they are shipped. The on-line quoting system works well and almost instantly for most processes they offer.
Ordered parts for prototyping that the company I work for needed, and Fictiv got my quote and parts delivered in less than a week. Parts look incredible, and Zoran contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed. They even saved us money by recommending a more cost effective process to meet the design goals.
