Please educate your drivers on the rules of the road. When on a highway, you are to drive in the right lane unless you're passing. Ford F150 #611942 on the 403W betwen Hamilton and Brantford, next to no cars on the road and the driver is in the left lane for many kilometers. I should not have to pass your vehicle while driving in the right lane. Signs even present on the 403 stating "slower traffic keep right". Drivers like this are what make driving in Canada unbearable.
