They are very good, everyone there is very nice, they will help you

This is the most amazing program. My mom had it and now my step father is one it. They care and work hard for their patients and the integration with insurance is everything. You see the way this is set up the motivation is to keep the patient at home and that s usually what the patient wants! Normally, liability will push patients into higher levels of care but with CCC and CCA they want to get them back home and have the ability to cover everything they need to keep them there. My step dad has had a PCA from the Mass Health PCA program and a social worker you manager the PCA from UCP Boston. The PCA had been with him 5 years now. He s doing amazingly well! His social worker is also incredible and somehow manages to get everything he needs covered by insurance. The best.
