Worst car buying experience of my life !!! Bought my truck on a saturday and was told my reverse camera would be installed on monday. Wednesday comes and still no call so I decided to go up there. Salesman tells me he forgot. They take the truck and tell me it will be done the next day. It ends up taking 2 weeks with multiple promises of it being done the next day. Not to mention this is a ford f150 and there is a ford dealership across the street and they obviously chose the cheapest camera possible. Sales manager Salah promises to get me a second key to make up for the mess and here we are 2 weeks later and they have yet to get me a second key.
Update.. So after a month of them dodging calls and having to physically go up there to get information Salah calls me within the hour about my review. Not to hear my displeasure but to tell me since I left a bad review that he will not be getting me my second key and its my problem now. Well I read some of the previous reviews and the negative ones always seem to mention Salah.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. Of course they were nice up until I wouldn t buy the BS warranty. I was harassed the next day about a check from my bank as if they didn t know the process. They sent text threatening to show the car stolen. They called my job and my cell from several different numbers.

If it was left up to me I would ve sent the car right back! Now I m currently having to call and beg for my car plates! I have friends who purchase their car weeks ago and they ve revived their tags.

Then when I call; it s as if I m bothering them. I ll never purchase another car from them again. I can t wait to completely be done from having to reach out to them for anything.

Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. You will not be disappointed. He took the time to accommodate our needs and gave us the best deal in our both trade in and new vehicle

Came in to get my 500x serviced, the sales and service department are truly a pleasure to wortk with. From the floor guys all the way up to management I feel in good hands!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so you could say I was a little hesitant about the process! The salesman that worked with my wife and I was very knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process. Knew I would like the FIAT 124 Spider, but was not planning on buying a car today. Corey at Alfa Romeo FIAT of Ft Worth was super friendly, professional and only slightly nervous as my wife and I took the car for a test drive that lasted well outside the normal length of time (We just kept wanting to drive and drive!).

Upon our belated return, Corey could see that we obviously liked the car and gently allayed our concerns about an on the spot purchase, got his manager to help us with a deal and we drove it home. Very satisfied!

Very shady!!!! Horrible and unprofessional. Traded in my car as down payment for a car my daughter was purchasing. All paperwork was signed and agreed upon. The car purchased was getting minor fixes so we were given a rental. Was called to immediately return rental since car was done and rental was being sold. We get there and have no car. We were lied to and found out later that the car we purchased had been sold. What s worse is that they were changing the deal as if they had the car and not sold it. Dirty salesmen!

Bad, bad, bad. There one thing to need a vehicle and one for salesmen to make you feel like you need them when you don t. They really need to refocus their training on customer relations because these douche bag salesmen need to know that the customer is just that the customer spending their money on a vehicle. Respect and attitudes are everything in sales and they lack that based on my one and only time ever visiting this dealership. Upon my car being apraised the salesman wanted to show me something about my vehicle and accidental told me that they floored my vehicle when driving it and supposivley the computer alerted them of a drivetrain warning but when I drive my car I never get that so they had to have been foul playing in my vehicle. If 0 stars were available that s what I would say.

The floor director Eric Pillado was ensuring that each guest was greeted and well cared for. The financing representative, Eric Rico Logan, carefully walked through the contracts and financing while keeping us laughing and entertained. I would highly recommend this deadlership to anyone.

Ask for Preston Wheeler- you won t be disappointed. He was extremely polite and attentive. He knew all the ins and outs of the vehicles, but didn t make the process feel overwhelming. He took his time on the stuff that mattered, yet swift on the administrative items (the reason most people dread car dealerships). First and foremost when I walked the lot, I wanted to buy, but wasn't so sure. My salesman Brian was awesome! Super informative, polite, patient, and most importantly not pushy!! He got me in exactly what I wanted, and worked hard for me to get that as well! When purchasing a new vehicle it can be so irritating and overbearing. From the moment we walked in everyone there was dressed very professional...(I've seen some that definitely were not up to this par). The financing part was done very smoothly and I believe his name was Jeff. He made this as painless as possible. You have to take a look at this lot! It's worth stopping by!! It wont disappoint!

I had just recently had a bad experience at another dealer. I came to Alfa Romeo at Fort Worth and it was one of my best car buying experiences. Fadi greased me at the door and from then on the process was smooth, good informative sales but not pushy. Got my new Guilia and I am loving it.

All I have to say is thank you to this company and it s team. My salesman was Alec and he was truly fantastic! I wasn t even on the lot for a minute before Alec came up and offered his assistance. Shortly after that we sat down and he asked what I was looking for and let me tell you, HE MADE IT HAPPEN. He made my shopping experience ten times better than I would have imagined. Their whole staff was awesome, but Alec was just so attentive and respectful. He made me feel welcomed and like an adult buying a car rather than just a kid with a dream. All that I asked of him he made happen and I m still so in love with my purchase. So thank you Alec and thank you Alfa Romeo.

Lies they tell you one thing but do another.. they advertise "bad credit, no credit, bankruptcy ect" on every car but that's NOT true you will leave with high payments and a car you don't even want!

Worst experience ever! I had been dealing with someone over the phone and via email with a deal
On a vehicle. I told him that I am extremely busy and do not want to come in until I sigh the papers and pick up the car. I live 2 hours away so I didn t want to just come in and test drive cars. I made an appointment to sign the papers and pick up one of the vehicles I picked out yesterday, he said everything will be ready to go. I get there and can t even talk to who I had the appointment with, then the guy told me they already sold the car. I was not happy and asked why someone didn t call and let me know, so he brings out a manager and she was extremely hateful to me. She told me it didn t pass inspection... so I got two totally different stories and instead of trying to work with me she just said there s nothing they can do for me.

It didn t help that when I went in to begin with they only wanted to deal with my husband and I had to tell them several times that he has nothing to do with this deal, he s only here to drive my car home.

I m pretty sure they saw that I was originally looking for a cheaper car and didn t care about my business. Well I ended up going next door and getting great customer service and decide I wanted to get a newer nicer car and spent 3 times what I originally was going to. I still got a good deal and great customer service that I failed to get at Alfa Romeo Fiat of Fort Worth.

Due to them (mostly the manager)being unprofessional, unprepared and just hateful I will never do business with them.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle here and was treated as though I were a VIP buying the nicest car on the lot. First class all the way around, and they gave me a great deal!

Had our first maintenance done on Alfa Romeo Giulia. Dealership fee schedule is actually very competitive with the marketplace and service is first class.
It was raining hard today and people met us outside with umbrellas to escort us in and out, service department was quick and phoned promptly when car was ready and waiting area was very comfortable and replete with refreshments.

We called ahead an gave our information to see if we would be pre-approved before we got up there. Obviously, they told us we were approved and that when we got up there all we had to do was test drive an fill out paperwork. Regrettably after driving 30 mins through Texas heat to get there nobody could find our information and now we're having trouble getting approved without a co-signer. Very unprofessional to lie to get people to come up there. Very devious too. Do business at your own risk fellow citizens

Over priced, poor customer service, rude, and will try to cheat you if you don't watch them closely. If you are expected to spend this kinda money you should expect proper respect and customer service without being cheated.

I lost my vehicle in the hailstorm that we had a couple of months ago and Shifat and Jason Sauer were so helpful to me. Jason came all the way to McKinney to pick me up because my son was not able to drive me because he was called into work. Shifat listened to me and carefully explained everything to me in detail about the car that I was buying. I didn't feel pressured to get something more expensive, he was very professional and caring. Worked with Fadi on the deal, he was very patient, showed us all available inventory and knew straight to the point what were after. We stayed within our budget and purchased what we wanted. There was some follow-up items we needed completed and he drove an hour to our house to pick up the car, then drove it back a couple days later. 2 separate shady dealings with this dealership while trying to negotiate pricing. They don t like to stand behind their internet pricing and good luck trying to get any type of deal. Their sales people I ve dealt with have all been less than honest and you can forget about integrity. I d stay far far away from this place. These 4-5 star reviews have to be from family and friends since everyone I ve talked to have nothing but negative things to share.

James Jones was absolutely amazing! He worked hard for me, I was looking at used cars all day and he ended up getting me in a brand new Fiat for a lower cost. Ask for James if you're wanting someone who actually cares about your needs. You will not be disappointed.

Found a listing online for a lexus is350, it was at this dealership- I live about an hour away but decided to make the drive. We bought our car about 7 months ago and they helped us get our first car when no other dealer helped us, because we are just starting our loan, Javier great person and friend. They won a customer, now I am waiting to change that car for a truck.

I don t even know where to begin! From the moment I inquired about a car online to this dealership, they just very nicely and with some persistence (but not so much to be overbearing - some other dealerships never even replied to my inquiry), they began to let me know that they wanted me to come in and see the car... to talk to them... that no situation was outside of their comfort zone...that they WOULD be able to get me into the car! This was comforting (yet surprising coming from a high end dealership) to me since my situation found me upside down on a note with a totaled car due to a hit and run by an 18 wheeler and a broadside by yet another car. Their first reaction was to comment that they were just glad I was ok!

I went to the Alpha Romeo House after (more than once) asking them to please be realistic with me and not waste either of our time as it was Christmas Eve Eve and still I had so much holiday stuff to tend to. Convinced it would work out, I even allowed myself to be dropped off there... if it doesn t work out wasn t even on my mind any longer!

And it certainly wasn t on my sales guy s mind either!! Cole worked tirelessly for 5 and 1/2 hours to find and show me cars that were within my budget and aligned with my transportation needs! He remained positive and determined and in the end - a perfect match was made! I love my 2018 Fiat 500L...still under warranty and extended warranty but costing me less than my totaled vehicle by over $100!! Crazy!

The showroom and waiting areas were so comfortable and everyone was extremely hospitable - smiling and welcoming me and offering me food and drink! So comfortable I didn t even realize how much time had flown by! I felt as important in that setting as anyone who may come in to buy a $50,000+ vehicle. The sales manager and finance dude were just as friendly and helpful - paperwork was done in just a few minutes!

I know that Cole stayed well past his usual end of day - the gates were locked behind me! When he couldn t find a tag for my new car, we made plans to meet back for it tomorrow - Christmas Eve! Yet still he didn t stop until locating a tag, calling me and waiting for me outside the locked gates while I turned around and went back just for safety s sake !

A truly exceptional and enjoyable experience at a time of year that otherwise can be the most stressful days of all! So, thank you from the bottom of my heart to Cole and his crew of gentlemen at Alpha Romeo Fiat of Fort Worth for the greatest Christmas ever...my new and shiny sleigh means I also won t have to miss the insanity of Christmas Eve shopping! The Fort Worth dealership does not do a good job of being transparent and efficient in communicating what s going on. Our Sales associate Preston was great, but others in the dealership did not act to my satisfaction. They mysteriously lost my driver license and then miraculously found it in the copy room in plain sight when I, my wife and Preston all turned the room upside down looking for it. The sales or finance manager would not bring me back financing as I wanted to see it, he kept using his own idea of what the down payment was. I wanted to use $15,000 for a down payment and he kept showing me options with $10 k, $12 k and $14 k. The finance manager who worked us through the paperwork basically contradicted the sales associate by telling us there was not 1year of maintenance included from Alfa Romeo, when that was what sold us on the car. Overall, Preston did a great job, but I was unimpressed by the rest of the dealership. In fact, I won t be going back there, if I can I ll get the maintenance done at the Hurst or McKinney dealerships.

I would have purchased a car today but he told me one price and then increased it by 1400 saying they had to add some charge that included $425 in tint. The dealer had no clue what he was talking about. He didn t even know the warranty on the car. I loved the car but I will buy another brand due to the horrible service.

This is by far the best service I have received in years, and keep in mind I owned BMW, Range Rover along many other brands and the service, VIP treatment, and knowledge of Evan from the service department is amazing. I'm considering buying a Stelvio soon and I will buy it here hands down. The parts department is also great and super knowledge and easy to deal with. The sale staff is friendly and well trained.
The facilities are clean and cozy, the car inventory has all colors and the use side has a lot of models to choose from.

10000 dollar extended waranty, and they did a jinky deal that split it on 2 cars so only half of the waranty was actually usable. They really took my mom for her money. Very unethical
