FIAT of Fort Worth Review

Scam alert. This place assumed my husband s identity to file a fraudulent insurance claim in his name, including a fraudulent collision, date, and location. They even idiotically gave us a copy of a document where one of the conspirators documented the fraudulent claim number they filed. Upon further examination, they have several other allegations documented with the state of Texas. We will be asking federal and local authorities to investigate this dealership for our allegations of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. Please beware of this place!

This dealership has the best employees and atmosphere. Neil helped me find the perfect Stelvio, and believe me, I was not the easiest customer. No matter how picky I was, he was always nice, willing to help, and very professional. Preston also really helped us in finding exactly what I wanted, and Michael, in financing, went the extra mile when explaining to me things I could do to help prolong my vehicle s life without costing me and arm and a leg. I ve gone back now for a flat tire and oil change, and the service department was phenomenal. Seriously, I can t say enough about this dealership. If you re looking to buy a car, even if it isn t Alfa Romeo, do yourself a favor and stop by here.

I found the whole experience to be one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealership.
I met with Jerry Kidd at Alfa Romero Fiat of Ft. Worth on July 20, 2018 for a reason other than to purchase a car. As I have dealt with several dealerships in my lifetime, I knew going in they would try to persuade me to buy a car if I came to the dealership (that's their job)! After going over my situation and letting me know they couldn't help with what I came for, Jerry presented me with an option to help with my situation, which of course involved me purchasing a car. I did, however, not feel the least bit pressured and after weighing the options presented, decided to purchase the car. Jerry was nothing but professional, courteous, and not the least bit pushy. I then met eith Eric in the finance department, who was equally professional. The overall experience great.

I bought a Cadillac CT6 here in February.
Note: I live 160 miles away in East Texas. I seen a CTS-V online but I m glad I didn t get that. The CT6 works a lot better for daily operations. More comfortable and the money I saved opened up an opportunity to have a C8 and CT6. Instead of just a CTS-V. I m a car guy who knows what he wants and can t be sold in any car. But they did, and I couldn t be more happier. Mo and the finance department was very, very resourceful and found a way to make it work for my situation! I have ZERO complaints! They re just amazing!

Not a happy camper. The salsman, T.J. attempted to add on an additional $2700.00 on a used vehicle, under the title of "dealer Prep". My daughter and wife went w/o me because I assumed the high end dealer wouldn't be dishonest. I was mistaken. A contract was signed for one percentage, only to be called back five days later to let us know that % rate went up 7% as well as going from 60 to 72 months. Bait and switch. I was promised by TJ that we would receive two functioning fobs (the first one wouldn't lock the car). When I looked him in the eye, I was lied to my face. I gave the car back to them with the promise to never return, because I was shown dishonesty. Never been treated this way in the 54 years sof my life by a dealer.

Finally got da Charger R/T of my dreams!! JB and Ray held it down and really helped me out! They were really persistent and did whatever needed to get me in a new whip!

I ended up being part of four cars being sold. Tell Them Chris Guy Sent You All.

I do not recommend this dealership at all. I bought a 2017 Chevy impala in February of 2018 and August of 2018 the ac compressor it completely out. I didn t understand how a brand new car can have that issue so i decided to go back to the dealership and see if they could possibly switch the vehicle. They refused to help me and it s very hot in Texas and you need air conditioning in that traffic. I also didn t receive any paperwork on my vehicle and a year has passed I ve called and they said they were going to mail it out and i still haven t received anything.

I just recently made a purchase on my 2015 Challenger and must say I'm pretty impressed with the purchase I made all thanks to my sales guy Tyler Bartlett and Alfa Romeo Fiat. I recommend if you are ever looking for a vehicle this dealership right here has a huge inventory and promise you won't be disappointed.

I have never gone to the trouble to write a review - EVER. I don't facebook and I don't do social media. So I had to share my experience somehow.

Though I have received good service before in various transactions over my life. I have never been on the receiving end of what I would call truly exceptional service. The type of service that is above and beyond the call and well beyond any experience I have ever had.

To make a long story short. I have dreamed of the car I just purchased at the Alfa Romeo of Fort Worth since I was a 9 year old boy - collecting match box cars of the same type and racing go-karts painted with the same name.

A dream 30 plus years in the making. I visited the dealership to see "the car". The car had been temporarily removed from the lot - but still available. Mr. Alec Finley (A young Salesman) greeted me professionally and with great confidence. Dressed sharply and very polite - firm handshake. I asked about the car and with great urgency he informed me that the car was not there at the moment but you name the time sir and I will have it here for you. We set it up for the next day. The next day arrived and I was excited. I viewed the car and drove it off the lot for a spin. I stalled as it had been years since I had driven a standard. The car would not start because a light had been left on and the battery was low. This young man didn't walk (he ran) to the service department to get aid. Full suit and dress shoes in all. Could have happened to anyone. He returned promptly with the pit crew and we were off.

Test drive was just a technicality. I fell in love with this car 30 years ago.
During the test drive - I drove 1st, very conservatively. Then we switched as I wanted Alec to drive so I could experience the ride as a passenger. He obliged with a big smile on his face. A passion and appreciation for fine sports cars was observed.

We negotiated on the car long and hard and the impression I got at the end of the deal was that these guys want to sale cars but they are driven by a deeper motivation. A motivation to make dreams a reality. These guys love fine sport cars (irregardless of the make and model) and have a passion for it.

Every request I made was not only answered with a "Yes Sir" but "Sir that is already DONE". Their sense of urgency was great. For example (The battery). Reply - "Already Replaced Sir".

They want to sell you your dream car!!

My dream now a reality thanks to the fine folks at Alfa Romeo of Fort Worth. I will be back. If you are wanting a fine car go see Alec Finley and get ready to share your dream with him. He will make it happen. Tell him this dreamer sent you.

If you are not educated with how financing works or how many different combinations car dealerships can route "discounted" monies, this might be the place for you.

Came here for a vehicle I was interested in. After test drive and talking about numbers before sitting down, I explained what my expectations were for financing. I received Yes, Yes, Yes from both our sales rep, financing, and financing "manager". After 3 HOURS of waiting and going back and forth on numbers I walked away. The BAIT and SWITCH was alive and well!

Our sales rep and financing rep were both new and did not do a good job representing the dealership well. The manager failed to provide proper care by shadowing the transaction to provide a better client experience. He chose to rather sit in his office and have his people go back and forth on "adjusted" numbers.

Another note: COVID is currently present in our everyday lives and there are numerous companies that try their best to make sure they provide a properly safe and sanitized environment. During my time there (3 hours), I did not see one employee wipe down the visitation tables (which were constantly being visited by new customers) and door handles on the entrances of the building. This should be a MINIMUM procedure to provide a safe place for employees and customers. The fact that they also insisted on coming into the dealership to even start a transaction was appalling, considering so many others are buying vehicles and negotiating over the phone and internet due to COVID.

I also witnessed a sales rep get into a high horsepower car that they had sitting out front and began to turn it on and take a couple of revs while other employees watched on. This is a car someone will eventually buy, with the customer not knowing it was being toyed with prior.

For a car brand that has been trying to make it's mark returning to the US since leaving in the 80's-90's?, the representation from the employees at this location did not do a good job being the face of Alfa Romeo, BUT most importantly, the face for it's franchise owner.

Preston from Alfa Romeo Fiat of Forth Worth is simply amazing! He is transparent and straightforward with you. I did all my negotiations on the phone and he did not pressure me to come in and waste my time. He beat all the other offers I got from my local dealers. He s a genuine person and he s willing to help you with his best abilities.

I absolutely recommend this dealership. Definitely contact Preston if you re in the market; you will not regret it!

This is the second time we went to this location. The first time was an awesome experience. This time we did not have a good experience. The sales person was great to work with but we never heard anything back. They told us they would work on it but they never called us back to let us know what the decision was. If it was even a no for us it would have been nice to hear that instead of just hearing nothing bad.

Maaaan this place is soo nice and they really know how to treat their guest. I say guest because they make u feel welcome. Not like just a customer!

I worked with Jason and had a great experience, definitely would recommend this place for their outstanding customer service and support.

Update: 7/21/20
A/C compressor, water pump, fuel injectors, and rear differential seals have been replaced.
That fixed most of the problems, got a check engine light.
Alfa Romeo Fiat had nothing to do with repairs.

Jesus G. Was by far the best Salesman I have ever worked with. I told him exactly what I wanted in a car, and explained where I wanted to be with payment and he did everything to make it happen. I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market to buy a new car.

This is the worst dealership ever.The service was horrific.Be careful that anything they promise you get it in writing and/or leave the car until you get what you were promised.Once you drive off they will not honor what they promised.

My car buying experience went well and pretty quick. My sales guy Jon-Eric took care of me and the financing made sure I didn't leave until I got the car and monthly payment I was looking for! I actually bought the car I went in for, you can't say that about alot of places!

I came to this place just wanting to look and see what they had. I was pleasantly greeted by Cole. I told him what is was looking for and he was more than happy to help me. I was happy to see that they had all the different types of cars that I was interested in. After driving 3 different cars I finally decided on the Lexus RC F. I got my car from them and i asked them if they can fix the light, they said we will but they never did after i signed the contract they told me to use my warranty,They afford me a warranty but they didn't wanna explain it to me what I'm getting or whats gonna be covered, when I start asking more questions they give me a bad attitude and then they told me to call the place and ask them my self.
after couple months the light when out when I went back they said they gonna charge me couple hundred bucks for it.

Neal was an excellent sales man, got me into a car I was wanting . Matt in financing did an excellent job keep me in the price point I was wanting for me payments as well . I highly recommend asking for these gentleman when coming into the dealership. They did amazing job as a whole to get me what I wanted .

Nick helped me get a new car, I wasn't happy with the center console he made sure he got it replaced. He got me a brand new part to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Nick made the process so smooth, and worked out a great deal for me. His definitely my go too guy for any future vehicle purchases, sending all of my friends and family to him.

Until now I had a pleasant experience with my purchase. Do your research on Alpha Romeo. The Guilia has a bad design where the wheels rub the wheel well when turning. I took it in for maintenance however, I was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle. Clearly I drive it almost daily so I know when something isn't normal. The mechanic gave all types of things that could be happing (i.e. the mat hitting against the gas pedal when turning makes a clicking noise .) The mats velcro to the floor and why would fabric make a noise?. So I will be Contacting the BBB or an attorney. This is by far the worst experience I've had from a dealership for car maintenance.

Staff just sits around and helps other customers before you after you were there for an hour already.
While we we're up there waiting the staff would ignore helping us and sit and eat their food. Very rude.

Tried to get my paperwork and kept getting a ring around and they trued to get me to sign a new contract and get me in a car after i just wreaked and tried to say my negative ammount i had left would not roll over to my new car. Then would not give me my contract bought my dad in to help started getting thing done once we sat for 2 hours and keep coming back with false docs. Dad told them we leaving and getting a lawyer and next thing u know got the paper i needed
