The staff is rude, unwilling to help, and can't even accurately tell me if my car is still under warranty. Will never return to this dealership. I work for a different dealership and our employees would be FIRED if they treated customers like this place does.

I initially had a good experience at this dealersh...

I initially had a good experience at this dealership when I bought my car. But since then there has been frustrations...such as not being given the 2nd key to the car and being told that if it wasn t found then a new one would be made and delivered to my house. This wasn t done and I am having a difficult time finding someone to help me or getting a return phone call. I was also told my car came with 1 year free of satellite radio but it shut off within the first couple of weeks and when I called customer service they told me it was cancelled by the dealership.

I received impeccable service from Alec and J.B!! I also had an encounter with Treva! She helped me to my car, and she was so awesomely sweet!! But I have had several service issues with the vehicle I purchased, and I have been back and forth to this dealership for over a month now!! This has been such a frustrating experience and the only thing that has made it tolerable is because M.J. has done such an amazing job trying to iron out the issues with this vehicle! I'm still waiting on my gift card that Salah promised me because of the problems I've experienced. I would probably rate this dealership a 3, but I gave it a 5 star rating only because of the amazing staff under this General Manager!!

My sales man Al Shabaneh was amazing, he took the time to come and get me because my vehicle had broke down. He told me He could get me into a car that I wanted at my budget and he did. Will surly recommend him and the dealership. The manager, Owner and Finance department were great as well. I will be back every time. Even when my anxiety was high and I m very tough to deal with.... they did great You treat me right I am always loyal ... Thank you Al and your team.

Car had a spot where bird droppings had baked in 1...

Car had a spot where bird droppings had baked in 104 degree sun. Salesperson, Jon-Erik, assured me it was nothing. After 3 hours negotiating the purchase, they were unable to remove the spot. They agreed, after 2 attempts of "touch up", to re-paint. When I picked it up today there were 4 ADDITIONAL scratches on the trunk lid as well as serious over-spray to the front hood which they refused to address. They said it must have been there when I brought it in 2 weeks after purchasing a brand new car. Extremely frustrating experience. The Ivory leather seats already have a place where the leather has separated from the welt (piping) on the driver side. The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle actually. Dis-organized dealership. Avoid them at all costs.

ERIC Rico LOGAN WAS SO HELPFUL IN GETTING US TO PURCHASE A WARRANTY FOR MY CAR. He explained and talked and talked till we purchased, but soon as it was all said and done he didn t care at ALL my car began running hot and having problems after a few months of having it! I had the warranty! I bring it in to find out I still have to pay for it to be diagnosed and certain parts aren t covered unless they break a certain way !! I ask for more information from the guy that sold the warranty! All of a sudden now some months later I m bothering him and he doesn t have the materials I need ( a simple sheet stating what s covered) he has all kinds of smart remarks and rude comments and isn t a mechanic without even hearing me out he brushes me off and goes back to his office and I have a car that I purchased a warranty on for $3000 that I still have to pay to get fixed. If you come here make sure you have a mechanic I believe my car was never inspected how it should have been it was a quick buck

I ve been to three different dealerships this week...

I ve been to three different dealerships this week and have been turned away because of my bad credit. It s quite frustrating.
All that changed coming here and dealing with the incredible staff here.
I worked with Lavaughn and not only was the customer service outstanding, he was able to get me into the vehicle of my choice even with y credit situation!

I love my fiat!! And extremely satisfied with my experience here!

Great experience with Lavaughn at Alfa Romeo Fiat of Ft Worth. He greeted us and showed us all of the cars we were interested. He explained all of the various details and packages well. He was very patient and attentive to the decision making process. The dealership went well above to do everything possible to make the deal work. In the end we did purchase the car And our very happy with the process. Make sure you ask for Lavaughn

Staff were professional and helpful.
I d like to see a better sales follow up. I bought a 2018 Alfa Romeo ( my 3rd in less than 2 years.) I still haven t received the lease agreement, the metal plates to register it, and was only given 1 key to the car. The car was leased October 5th. The turnaround time is a little frustrating. Overall I m pleased with the dealership. Thanks for your help.

For a high maintenance car the service they provide is very low. I dread coming in to get my car checked out for maintenance. The attitude of the people working in service makes me feel very uncomfortable.

LaVaughn helped my husband and I looking for a car around $10k as our we were needing to upgrade to a newer model. We called LaVaughn to see what he had and he mentioned a beautiful vehicle they had just taken in on trade and was in great condition. We arrived and the dealership and the most welcoming experience we have ever had at a dealership and management and staff rolled out the red carpet and gave us a 1st class treatment. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Mr. Mike, LaVaughn, and everyone who made sure that everything was nothing less that exceptional. Everyone, go see LaVaughn if you are needing a vehicle matching any criteria as he has completely changed the way I view buying a car.

The buying experience was okay, however once they have your money they entirely stop caring about you. I had to call them 5 times to remind them I still don't have my plates or registration, and they waited until only a few days before my temporary tags expired to process the paperwork. When I showed up for my tags they didn't even have mounting plates for me and acted like they were clueless and couldn't do anything about it. I had to direct them to screw the plates on where the holes were in the bumper. On top of that, when I picked up my vehicle after purchasing I noticed the radio knob was broken, and they told me they would order a new radio for me and it would be in within 3-5 days. This was in mid-September. I still don't have a replacement radio and they said they have no idea when they would get one in. No ETA, no nothing. New car and I can't control the radio volume. It's like pulling teeth if there is anything you need done after purchasing...like getting what you already paid for. Infuriating and they don't care - they already have your money!

Exceptional Service. Cody helped us every step of the way from a great greeting and introduction, following up with the diagnosis to taking his time to explain the service needs of my vehicle. He was extremely congenial, knowledgeable and provided excellent consultation.
In the 20 + years of owning various cars and working with many dealerships and service departments, Cody provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had. Cody runs a Pinnacle Shop. The best of the Best! He can be trusted and he will keep your best interests all the way through.

I ve bought several cars from different dealerships across many states. My experience with Tyler Bartlett was different in so many ways. I already knew what I wanted before I got there but I felt like if I was dealing with my brother. Everything was transparent, quick and FUN. Yes FUN! This is my second car I have bought from him. The dealership presentation was great and all the staff was happy and helpful. I would recommend to family and friends.

This dealership is really bull sheet.We have agreed on a deal we sign all paperwork they took my old car ,I did give them my car title and we came to the cash payment and when they find out I am paying cash they tried to ask me for more money although we have agreed and signed the price.All this people that are working there are street people that don t respect the customer time please consider my negative experience.

I have to say from the beginning Mr. Jose Quezada was very helpful. He showed that he cared and it was easy to see his passion for his job by how thorough and attractive he was to me and my husband. We had an unpleasant situation come up during our process but Mr. Quezada stepped in and made the difference. He took the time to go over the car functions and answered all my questions. We ll return in the future just because of experience with him

Appreciate not only him but his team as well , they provide good hospitality and ask if you want a water everytime they walk by . I ll never come to this place again. I purchased a 2016 Silverado a few months back, and I already had to replace all 4 tires, all 4 brakes including rotors and AC just went out. I also purchased a bed cover as an upgrade for the truck and I was never given an option of what style. They picked one and charged me without clearing it with me first. I gave them opportunity to make it right and general manager did nothing. On top of that this place does not honor their extended warranty that they push on you at the finance stage of the purchase. The finance person said to buy the most expensive warrantee package and assured me that that ll cover ANYTHING that goes wrong with the vehicle and all I ll have to pay is $100. come to find out AC goes out and Alfaromero wants to do a diagnostic test first and depending on what they find, there maybe additional charges. This is not what was told to me. Once this place got what they needed from me to get this sell they wash they re hands from me. I feel I was conned into this truck and I will never come here again nor will I send anyone their way.

My wife had mad an appointment to go look at a van with Mayra, but she want there. Some other woman helped us. She started off by asking my wife for the keys to our car, didn't tell us what she was doing and was gone for more the 30min before coming back to us telling us they were appraising it. We went to take the van we were there to look at and it wouldn't start. I should have left before we went any further!! We took it for a ride, both my wife n I didn't want it. She went and grabbed Paul, who told us he had us financed and had more vans on the way to give him another chance. 2 weeks later we still were waiting. I will never go back to this place, nor will I tell anyone we know to go there. This was my second worse experience in buying a car!!
