As a first time car buyer, Fadi was able to make my purchase of a 2016 Lexus is200t a quality experience. Throughout the car buying process Fadi was Informative, personable and transparent. Overall a great guy to work with I m glad I chose to make my first car purchase at Alfa Romeo of Fort Worth, Jeff and Mike in the financing department assisted in the process as well and were a great help. The salesman was great, however, it took a month to receive my financial agreement. When I call to ask about it each week, no one seemed bothered. I have purchased many vehicles and always left the dealership with paperwork in hand. I do not have great things to say about this dealership and will not ever do business there, again. The salesman promised me a free maintenance and when I asked for it in writing; I never received it.

Sales person, Frank Lopez was good, but the short little "finance manager" was rude and all he could do is play the "wait and let me see what I can do game", they closed @8 at 9:30 when er said we have a child to pic up for the fifth time and wanted our ID back he still did not return with them and we actually had to raise our voice and threaten to call the police for them to finally return them so we could leave. The really sad part is we really liked the vehicle and as the sales manager was following us to our car trying to save the sale we where so mad we could hardly see strait.

We drove from Tulsa, OK to purchase a truck we found online. We found it through USAA Car Buying service, and used USAA s financing.

From the very beginning of the transaction Johnathan, our salesman, was amazing. We contacted the dealership through the car buying service. The original truck we wanted had been sold, but he found us another one that was perfect. He started the work on our trade-in the day before we drove down to Ft. Worth. He didn t want us to make the trip if they were not going to be able to help us get the vehicle we wanted.

We found a second truck at their sister dealership, Granbury Nissan. Johnathan arranged to have the second one brought over so we could see both vehicles, and we would not have to drive the extra thirty minutes. Everything was waiting for us. They had to follow up our initial appraisal with the in-person inspection, final numbers had to be our together, and then we checked out with financing.

The dealership was clean and comfortable. It had the appearance of a well oiled machine. Everyone was working with at least one customer, but Johnathan still did his best to get us in and out as quickly as possible. The manager checked on us several times, and we never felt forgotten. All of people we spoke with were friendly and intelligent. It was a great experience, and we will be back!

I must say when I went to the site I was only going to look for a later day... however, my sales rep Jon-Eric was so friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that he will make u want to test drive something before u leave. I ended up test driving a 2017 Fiat fully loaded and I fell in love with it... I still was not ready to by a car though but after Jon-Eric kept negotiating the numbers I ended up signing for a new car at a affordable price. My kids we excited and we love our new 2017 Fiat. Kuddos for Jon-Eric he is awesome...

My dad works at this dealership doing the paint and body for them and they were very helpful in helping me find a great car to buy as my first ever car to buy!
Jason Sauer was so helpful in walking me through everything as I did not know a lot about buying a vehicle! I highly recommend going to this dealership for first time buyers or anyone really. Jason was very honest with me in what they were able to do and the finance side of things and helped me understand how everything works. Go see them for your car needs for sure :)

Alec was outstanding from the beginning. He was knowledgeable with the cars on the lot and showed enthusiasm. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from him. The dealership has a lot of inventory too...!!
Now the after sale was not so good. No returned phone calls when asking for plates when my temporary plates expired. They don't check their cars as they should before putting them on the lot.

Bate and switch was told by the sales person day before he had approval on my trade from his manager, assuming the miles and condition was as stated(they were), next day driving from downtown Dallas(1hour drive) they had me wait around for an hour and then telling we can not honour the trade price. The manager Erik was unprofessional and standoffish after explaining my frustration and the pure dishonesty of matter, again I was calm, he ask me a my young children to wait out front and he walk off w out saying a word. Very bad form and dishonest practice, I felt bad for sales guy because he was good and got caught up in a bad business practice.

They will run your credit 4 to 7 times with different banks. They lie so much. I was sick of it I took the car back. Had to call the police to get my money back. I paid to tint the windows they didn t want to give me my money nor a copy of the paperwork so now I have to take them to court. Don t buy from them!

Wasted 4.5 hours showing me vehicles that they didnt have me approved for in that price range. I specifically told the salesman I was only interested in one specific make and model and explained the miserable previous experience and was told they would not waste my time. Last time I went there they did the same thing and I said I would never go back. Well, got lured back with a manager's special price that was $12k off the original price. The vehicle was not still available when I was speaking to them about coming but they kept saying it was until I got there. The last time I went there I was told you are approved. I have the keys on my desk. Come on in. I got there and oh there is someone doing a deal on it sorry but here look at all this other stuff that isnt anything like what you specifically said was the ONLY thing u were interested in. They are not accredited by the BBB but you can still go on BBB website and see complaints there.

Came here to purchase a 2020 Stelvio and after four hours of the most aggressive unprofessional "sales pitch game" that i have ever seen had to practically run and push my way out while a worker literally ran after me to my car begging for more. It was by far the worst customer experience of my life and made me dislike Alfa, I will not be purchasing one from anywhere.

UPDATE: After posting my review the Manager contacted me to try to make things right. He was very helpful and apologetic for my experience. He offered to replace the fob, detail the car, and fix the TPMS light. I told him that I lived an hour away and I didn't want to drive there just to have more issues with his team. He had someone bring me a car for the day while they fixed my car.
However, they were not able to complete all of it in a day as promised. So I have left the review at 4 Stars. The manager has been very helpful in trying to amend the situation.

Worst customer experience. You're a leaporer if you have bad credit. First, I live almost an hour away so I called ahead to schedule a test drive. They said I would get the "VIP" treatment and the car would be waiting for me to test drive. When I arrived I was told the car was at the body shop and I could either come back in a few days or drive over to the body shop that was about 10 minutes away (after driving an hour to get there). Next the financing process was long (always is so no knock to them there) but the second they realized I wasn't going to be taken advantage of and oversold their attitudes changed. They were extremely rude. I ultimately bought the car at the price that I wanted however, the experience was terrible. I was told that the car was going to be detailed and it wasn't. They were supposed to get rid of the TPMS light by either airing up the tires or replacing one. They didn't. Lastly one of the key fobs to the car was dead and they said that they had taken too much off of the vehicle to assist me any further. Its a $3 battery that would've taken no time for them to fix, they just wanted to be petty. All in all if you know how dealerships work and don't want to be taken advantage of by a salesmen this is not the place to go because they do not want to negotiate and if you make them your customer experience goes way down.

I would have rated this place more but once you purchase a vehicle... You will not receive the help that claim they will give. I may be spelling her name wrong but Chanelle was not a very good sales rep at all. I should have stuck with the first guy I spoke with on the phone. I simply asked for a second key to the vehicle. I called twice and spoke with her once. She never returned my call. I was also told I would receive paperwork concerning my warranty that was purchased with the vehicle had to call about that AGAIN. She gave wrong info to me just lying just to get the car bought. Bottom line...people work hard for their money so when it comes to the car saling business...treat your customers with respect by returning phone calls and being a perso of your word. We are the reason (the customer) why you are able to purchase your cars, homes, and feed your family as well. Be more professional.

After arriving around 4:30 this afternoon he has worked relentlessly until 9pm and he got me the deal I came for. He delivered on his promises, he is a man of his word! I recommend asking for him if you want things done the right way! Very respectful and knowledgeable of his job. My husband bought a 2017 Ford Fusion from carmax. We realized with having our third child that it would not fit all there car seats so we went to look at minivans. We signed for a 2017 dodge caravan and they bought out our loan with Carmax. we realized 4 days later something was off on our paperwork because the paperwork stated that the van had 33,000 miles but our van had 54,000 miles so we went up there to try and resolve this issue due to warranty on the van. Well they had realized that we were not in the van we signed a lease for so they showed us the van we did sign a lease for which was way less attractive than the one I fell in love with that they showed me. The van I was driving was the only reason I got the van because it had all the colors and features I liked and was the only vehicle period that day they had showed me, we didn t even test drive it because we loved it so much and this is withought looking at other options also, I asked Mr. Vasquez if there was any other vans and he said yes but this is our best one so we just went with it and trusted him. So I did not want this other van and apparently they could not let me have that van that I had been driving because price wise if they sold it to me with the price of the van I actually signed for they said they d be losing 6,000. Oh we could have the van we wanted (the van we fell in love with) if we put $4,000 down but that s not what we agreed on. So he said that if I don t take the van then pretty much they will put that I will have a repo on me. That just doesn t sound right! We only had the van 4 days. We technically never not once even drove a mile in the car we had signed for so in other words it never left the lot or we didn t put any money down so how would there be a repo on us?! This is a very pushy dealership. Before we had even signed any papers I kept telling the sales man that were ready to go because our kids were tired and ready to be in bed. I mean we were ther from around 4-9 p.m. he would always say well let me see if I can get them down on the price and every time he would go back to negotiate it seemed like eternity. We got down to a price we were okay with and because we loved the black on black all leather GT dodge caravan we said well let s just get it finally we signed papers. And all for us to have a repo on our records because of a mistake they made is completely ridiculous. People like these guys that show how cruel this world really is! If I could give them negative stars I would! I have not ever been so disappointed and let down.

This dealership was one of the most unprofessional ones I have ever been to. Horrible salesmen who are deceiving and untrustworthy. Especially an employee named Sala. The fact that he is still working at the dealership is disgraceful to the brand. I would recommend finding another dealer to buy your car from. There is a lack of maturity, top class salesmanship, and over all professionalisms from the sales staff and employees. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere! The car we went there to buy was sold to someone else after having the price finalized on. No warning, and no prior disclosure about another party. Leading us to waste 45 minutes and gas on a drive, to get there and find out the car was sold. Preston was the sales man.

Customer Service at this Fiat is horrible. I just called about obtaining a second car key and the individual who answered was being very rude and ignorant when I was asking him about obtaining a second car key. The phone was hung on me and then he started laughing with the other men in the background. Grow up this is not high school it s a workplace. Then I tried calling 3 other times and they would answer and hang up on me. This is unprofessional I hate that I did business at this location. Now this is after 3 bad incidents. Lesson learned don t go to this fiat

Where do I begin. My wife went in to buy a truck for our daughter to start her business. She worked with LaVaughn who was nothing less than amazing and found one that she loved which she ended up driving home. I got a good look at it and was unbelievable that this truck made it on the lot this long! Amazing deal, LaVaughn is GREAT at what he does and got us an amazing deal. I would recommend everyone in the market go see LaVaughn, they have the perfect staff and inventory for all.
