Hello, I am a Spazio customer since 2009 and one of the reasons why I purchased 2 cars was the excellent service that was offered to me by the assistance. It is no coincidence that I used a verb conjugated in the past tense as this service has gone, over the years, to degrade until today I have lost patience. I explain briefly: I have to make a scheduled coupon, I called to make an appointment, as has been happening for some time now, no one answers but you have to leave a message in your mailbox. I left three of them and no one deigned to call back. Annoyed by this behavior I called the switchboard where a very courteous young lady (I don't name her for obvious reasons) made a commitment to call me back. About two hours later I was called back by a lady who, probably annoyed by the fact that she had to call an annoyed customer back, treated me sufficiently and with detachment making me feel like a real jerk. I called to speak with the manager of the workshop to whom I wanted to communicate this inconvenience but in full Space style I only left messages that are regularly disregarded. Now if this is the style of a dealership that prides itself on having skills, professionalism and courtesy, I think that you have not understood very well how the smoke turns. I don't expect answers (so much the Spazio style is not to give them) but I hope that my outburst serves to improve (and believe me it doesn't take much) the lack of attention you have towards people who have the misfortune of becoming your customers.
