I'm on the second consecutive purchase for an Alfa Romeo Giulietta and, in addition to reconfirming the positive things I had found the first time, I can say that further progress has been made as in the delivery phase of the vehicle which is now much more personalized. Even the after-sales service and workshop have always been efficient and courteous. To want to be picky the only "lack" concerns the management of non-programmable interventions: for example, you lock the trunk lock and it takes at least two weeks for someone to verify what it is. To be fair, I must say that it is not a peculiar problem of Spazio but common to the entire assistance network (FCA on Turin in this case), however, it remains an unpleasant fact. However I have recommended and continue to recommend this dealership (at least for the Alfa Romeo part), next update three three years.
