The most horrible company ever, the customer service starting from there dispatcher was rude and not to say what they call there "Supervisor" DISRESPECTFUL. I don't understand how Best Buy can let a company like this do there deliveries and ruin there reputation. This company should go out of business. HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL..

Five stars to Kevin and Yalfred. They delivered my fridge Yesterday and I am very happy. They are professional, friendly and they know what they are doing. White glove care. They removed the fridge doors to get it inside and mounted them back. Fast and efficient service.
The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. I waited 3 months to finally get my dishwasher. When they finally showed up after 7 times (Literally 7 scheduled appointments) NOT SHOWING UP, with no phone call or notification that they weren't coming, they brought and installed the wrong dishwasher. Now we're going on the 4th month and yet again they didn't show up. This is beyond bad customer service.
This company is the worse I have even seen in my business life. Homedepot used them to deliever a supliance , they damaged my kitchen floor, it has been so far one year I am trying to get this resolved, no results. Thier GM in the north haven office has the worst customer service and empty promises I have ever exprienced with any business. Do not use them.
I am extremely appalled with the level of service received from FGO Logistics. FGO delivered a sofa from Rooms to Go and damaged property within my home. This event occurred in July 2020 and I have been trying to get this damage paid since July. No one from FGO Logistics has been helpful. Initially, I was talking to Theresa Coley to resolve my damage claim but she has been very unprofessional. Initially, she said the claim would be processed for $200 then she made herself unavailable and refused to return my phone calls and emails. I have submitted the quote for repairs to her and several other managers were copied on the email however, this claim has still not been resolved. Recently, I called Theresa and surprisingly she answered. However, to my surprise, she was very upset with me and told me that my claim was cancelled even though I responded to the her email that I wanted to accept the reimbursement funds. She then said the claim is closed and she will not reopen the claim. She also said she will block my phone number and refused to give me her supervisor s information. I am very shocked that FGO would hire someone like this. I m not sure where FGO found this street person. Customer service is not the right position for Theresa due to her anger issues. I urge management to careful evaluate her mental state. I am currently still awaiting my reimbursement.
I waited all day for a washer and dryer purchased from Brandsmart. FGO ILLogistics never contacted me to inform me of delays and never even told me they weren t going to commit to my delivery and install that day. I had to chase down the sales department for help since FGO was unresponsive. They basically rescheduled my appointment with no regard for my availability. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable!
ON WEDNESDAY 3/3/21 I WAS WAITING FOR 4 HRS THE WASHING MACHINE I BOUGHT AT HOME DEPOT LAST MONTH BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I WAS SCHEDULED AGAIN FOR DELIVERY ON FRIDAY 3/5/21 , AT 2:40 PM THE DRIVER FROM FGO LOGISTIC CALLED ME SAYING WILL BE DOING DELIVERY IN HALF HOUR BUT HE NEVER SHOW UP. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. I NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH CARELESS PEOPLE LIKE THE STAFF OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T HAVE THE SLIGHTEST SENSE OF RESPONSABILITY.
This is the worst company I ve ever worked with. Insanely bad service. Missed delivery windows, no shows, can t overcome basic installation steps, no idea what they re doing. Horribly unprofessional and bad at what they do.
Company has arrived outside of time required by co-operative on first attempt. 2nd attempt company sent two confirmation emails and a third email indicating their on the way but never showed. 3rd scheduled date, appointment confirmed twice during day by email and 5 phone calls of which 2 got me through to an agent. Not trusting this, phone call 6 after 25 minutes tells me the truck has broken down and I must reschedule. Now I want a supervisor and I m on hold now for 32 minutes. This is a Best Buy subsidiary. Do not order major appliances through this company especially on line. The agent I m speaking with is in Panama and I was just disconnected.
