I am extremely appalled with the level of service received from FGO Logistics. FGO delivered a sofa from Rooms to Go and damaged property within my home. This event occurred in July 2020 and I have been trying to get this damage paid since July. No one from FGO Logistics has been helpful. Initially, I was talking to Theresa Coley to resolve my damage claim but she has been very unprofessional. Initially, she said the claim would be processed for $200 then she made herself unavailable and refused to return my phone calls and emails. I have submitted the quote for repairs to her and several other managers were copied on the email however, this claim has still not been resolved. Recently, I called Theresa and surprisingly she answered. However, to my surprise, she was very upset with me and told me that my claim was cancelled even though I responded to the her email that I wanted to accept the reimbursement funds. She then said the claim is closed and she will not reopen the claim. She also said she will block my phone number and refused to give me her supervisor s information. I am very shocked that FGO would hire someone like this. I m not sure where FGO found this street person. Customer service is not the right position for Theresa due to her anger issues. I urge management to careful evaluate her mental state. I am currently still awaiting my reimbursement.
