Try to avoid, poor customer service and tried to rip me off at every turn during transactions.. bought a car, they couldn't even bother to clean it before the sale, I guess the dirt was part of the accessories..

After purchasing an Astra from Now Byfleet and having experienced an atrocious level of customer service for the past 7 years, we were happy to find a different service centre following the companies collapse. The difference between Now and FG Barnes is night and day. We have had two mechanical problems in the past few months and the service we have received has been exemplary - courteous, timely and incredibly helpful. An 'ESP service' warning popped up on Sunday whilst driving and Barnes advised to pop it in for a check when I phoned on Monday morning - after a 30 minute wait in reception the car had been sorted and was good to go. Very impressive.
Brought a new car from Ollie this weekend at the Guildford branch. . Brilliant service from him , he couldn t of done anymore for us . Extremely pleased with the whole process even though the branch is currently being re Developed . Jo and Lance Wild
Reserved car online, and paid the deposit. When I rang next day to ask when I can complete the purchase ,salesman informed me car that car is unavailable, and laughed ??? (not) really professional service.
If it was possible to rate a company in the negative, this one would get Minus 5 stars!
I have been trying for some time, to get a quotation and service date from Bishop's in Guildford for a Jeep Wrangler, which they profess to be specialists in. After at least 7 calls asking them to respond, then going in in person to complain and noting that they have a "customer charter" printed on the front desk stating that they put their customers first, I eventually got a quotation, which, on asking them to verify, they confirmed that they had indeed keyed in the wrong part and had to look again. Another couple of phone calls and still no response, I got a 2 line quote from them and a request to pay them first for the part prior to booking me in.
There was NO feeling that they put the customer first and indeed, little in way of apology for the absolutely rubbish service I have (or not) received from them. I wonder if all they are interested in, is selling cars rather than having regard to their after sales service. I have subsequently gone elsewhere, who have responded to me on the same day, with the correct part, and no request to pay first prior to ordering.
I will never use, or recommend Bishop's again and I encourage you to think again if you wish to be treated like a proper customer, in using this company. Jeep. You too need to be aware of the appallingly poor service from this company who are a banner for you.
I was very fortunate to phone up and get a problem with my car diagnosed and fixed all on the same day. Very friendly service team (and trades team, as I bought the car from them a year previous) trustworthy and reliable in a time of need!
Fairly poor. During a service they missed a 'service vehicle soon' warning light which I found quite worrying. The customer service was pretty poor with the receptionist being quite rude on several occasions; they even got the day of the service incorrect. I complained and they did offer me a complimentary diagnostic check but they didn't follow up with other promises and checks they offered; so they let me down again. Best described as sloppy! If you are going to charge premium prices then you expect a premium service; something they didn't provide. Personally, I won't be in a rush to use them again!
