Terrible experience there. No one was on the same page during my vehicle purchase. Manager would tell me one thing and wouldn't communicate it to the salesman or other managers and try to back peddle on everything . I was promised a full tank of gas but it was so late by the time we got finished the paperwork I was told just to bring in the receipt to get reimbursed but they refused to when I did! Whatever happened to being "A man of your word". Sleazy Snakes.

Had an issue with my car and the start was very bumpy and I kept being sent back and forth between Ford and Nissan. Actually left one day with no issue being resolved at all which was very frustrating! Sales manager was also very rude and not helpful at all accusing me of "just wanting a free service".
Thanks to the efforts of the Nissan service manager Lance and the Ford service manager Kenny and the General Sales manager of Ford my experience was turned around completely. They were super friendly and helpful treated me with respect (like a customer should be treated?!) Thanks to them I will be returning but some of the other people really need to work on their customer service skills.

This dealership is by far the worst Nissan dealers...

This dealership is by far the worst Nissan dealership I've been to. I had to wait four hours for four new tires and an alignment. The customer service team was not communicating with me on this if I had known that I had to wait for hours I would have rescheduled on an off-day. No one apologize for my displeasement nor was anyone sympathizing with my concerns. 4 hours.. if I could give a negative star I would
