I've been coming here for two years now and have no complaints. I see Dr. Laura Paris, she is sooo sweet and funny. I've always felt comfortable with this office. Phone wait can be a bit long sometimes but for quality care is a small price to pay.
I had an appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:21. New patient by referral. The waiting room was packed (Free clinic packed) that's a red flag for me. After 35 minutes of waiting and having not been acknowledged by the staff after signing in, I just got up and walked out. I mean really, who has time to be at a Gynecologist office all day. I'm on time and I expect to be seen in a timely fashion. I should have known better, I had to call 6 or 7 times before they finally answered the phone to schedule an appointment.
The staff was very friendly, they all seemed happy, always smiling and were very polite, it made me comfortable. Sometimes there is a little wait but that's reasonably expected in any dr office. Also, I had a problem once and I left a message for the nurse and she called me back the same day and was extremely helpful with a medical concern I was having and she was very patient in answering all my questions. I saw all the doctors throughout my pregnancy. They were amazing and very thorough in the visits. I always felt I was in good hands. I totally recommend this office! Staff and Dr's are awesome!
Laura is a great doctor, terrific! She is knowledgeable, friendly and comforting, but the staff in the front of the office is horrendous. Everybody at the front needs to be replaced ASAP. there is no emphasis on picking up the phone, helping patients, or providing any amount of quality customer service whatsoever. My girlfriend has been trying to get through for weeks. If you can get past the horrible, lackluster, inattentive receptionists, and make your way to doctor Laura, you will be happy. But don't count on it, the staff provides the worst customer service I've ever witnessed.if any of the Drs are reading this, please clean house
I highly recommed Dr. Alvin Martinez. I was a high risk pregnancy since with 1st baby I had emergency c-section, post partum depression, post partum anxiety, post partum preclampsia and thyroid issues. I was so excited for baby number two but so scared! Dr. Martinez was always monitoring everything closely and was very proactive on taking a close look at everything. During the cesarean he made me feel safe and kept me in the loop the whole process. After the delivery he checked on me and the baby and he was really amazing! When you are high risk you could care less about waiting a little longer in the waiting area for check ups (cause it does happen). What s important to me is knowing my baby and my life are on the best hands. That the most qualified individual is taking care of us. So I totally recommend him if you want the best. FYI after the birth of my 2nd baby I didn t have PPD, Anxiety, Preclampsia, nothing. Just shows that all pregnancies are different.
Laura & Suri are always the best. Love the way they treat my as their patient and the way they treat my daughter.
Where do I even begin, if you are in need of an appointment please make sure you have between 30-45 mins to sit around and wait for them to answer the phone. They always ALWAYS put you in hold. I don't mind waiting, but 45mins in hold is just unacceptable. I was in need of an Ultrasound, went on a Saturday for a 10am Appointment and I literally had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Results were send back to the office 4 days after and it has been 3 weeks that the doctor hasn't review the results so they cant give them to me without her approval. I have been waiting 3 weeks with my heart up in my mouth waiting to see the results of my test. When you call to speak to a nurse, they never answer no matter how many times you call. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion doctor offices should be reliable and trust worthy and in my opinion the resent events have only reflect how little they care for their patients.
This place is the absolute worse. Wait times on the phone are ridiculous. I wait at least 20 minutes every time to make an appointment. There was one time i called to inform the front desk that i would be 5 minutes late for my appointment, and i was on hold so long that i ended up making it to the office while still on hold to inform them i would be late. I've left messages for the nurse, and never got a call back. I love my doctor there, but the staff is terrible. Since i couldn't stand holding any longer i signed on to my portal to request an appointment online. I got a call TWO days later. By that time I had already scheduled an appointment with a different doctor. who by the way answered their phones right away! I would not recommend this office to anyone.
I absolutely love this office. I've seen all the doctors there and they've all been very passionate and caring throughout my first and now second pregnancy. Wait time can be sometimes long but it's a doctors office so that's expected. (I guess people forget that medical offices are not fast food restaurants.) I highly recommend this office especially if you're a high risk patient.
Excellent, excellent gynecologists...But ... they have very poor customer service !!!! The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
My appointment is 10:30am, the girl at the reception said "your appointment was 9:30am, ask for another appointment. The doctor is full today.
The girl answers, NO The system says your appointment is 9:30 am, now s 10:30am, Cross that door and ask for a new appointment. (and she turned).
Great...no appointment, no solution and bad attitude.
