I had an appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:21. New patient by referral. The waiting room was packed (Free clinic packed) that's a red flag for me. After 35 minutes of waiting and having not been acknowledged by the staff after signing in, I just got up and walked out. I mean really, who has time to be at a Gynecologist office all day. I'm on time and I expect to be seen in a timely fashion. I should have known better, I had to call 6 or 7 times before they finally answered the phone to schedule an appointment.
