Excellent, excellent gynecologists...But ... they...

Excellent, excellent gynecologists...But ... they have very poor customer service !!!! The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
My appointment is 10:30am, the girl at the reception said "your appointment was 9:30am, ask for another appointment. The doctor is full today.

The girl answers, NO The system says your appointment is 9:30 am, now s 10:30am, Cross that door and ask for a new appointment. (and she turned).
Great...no appointment, no solution and bad attitude.
