Where do I even begin, if you are in need of an appointment please make sure you have between 30-45 mins to sit around and wait for them to answer the phone. They always ALWAYS put you in hold. I don't mind waiting, but 45mins in hold is just unacceptable. I was in need of an Ultrasound, went on a Saturday for a 10am Appointment and I literally had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Results were send back to the office 4 days after and it has been 3 weeks that the doctor hasn't review the results so they cant give them to me without her approval. I have been waiting 3 weeks with my heart up in my mouth waiting to see the results of my test. When you call to speak to a nurse, they never answer no matter how many times you call. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion doctor offices should be reliable and trust worthy and in my opinion the resent events have only reflect how little they care for their patients.
