The Feldman store is amazing. I have never seen a store with so many brand choices and ducha a large Number of watches on display.

I went there with my idea of what I wanted to buy, made my choice after a few comparisons and then was invited to look at other brands to be able to confirm or alter my initial decision.

After I decided to go for my first choice the watch was verified for precision, thoroughly cleaned and even a new strap installed that fitted best my idea.

I cannot think of buying another watch elsewhere. The variety of watches and quality of service and help was unequalled.

The gentlemen at Feldmar are at their finest. Located on the other side of the country, they were extremely helpful in procuring a timepiece for myself. Jamie was the representative that handled the transaction. To say that he is a class act is an understatement. He stayed in constant communication and video chatted with me once the watch was in hand. Not only will I be purchasing future pieces from Feldmar Watch company, I also plan on visiting the store the next chance I m on the West Coast.

This watch store has grown and grown and grown over the years from a very good, high-quality watch store to a fancy store that's developed into something you'd expect to see in the swanky parts of Beverly Hills. The great thing about it is that the staff still treats you with a wonderfully personal touch. Many of the same people have still been working there since I was a child, they know their customers there, and essentially a luxurious, larger watch store still has somewhat of a mom & pop store feel, and that's a great combination. Many times I come in for smaller things they'll evaluate or even give small fixes for free and I really appreciate the little things like that.

Brought a watch in for servicing, I was told 4-6 weeks to have the work done. It took Feldmar 5 months to do the work, and didn't contact me at all to keep me updated.

Absolutely awful service. They had my watch for 6 months for a repair that should have been two months. Despite covid closure this was awful communication. I called weekly and each week got a different story and no one calling back. They just don t seem to value customer service.
I do not recommend Feldmar for high end watch repairs.

Dear good folks of Feldmar: I have been a long-standing, loyal customer of yours. I have bought several watches and got them repaired as well. My exacting, precise husband is also complimentary of your watch repairmen who are top-notch.

But, sometimes, even the top-notch repairmen cannot repair an inherently defective Tag Huer watch, which my husband bought as an early Christmas present for me in Nov. 2016. In its a year and half in my possession, I had turned it in for repairs three times for being slow and keeping time late. During those periods, I have had no watch to fall on, a month or so at a time.

Finally, this year, I came back early 2018 and told Lorel Monroy about my predicament. She remembered me as I had purchased the watch from her. From the very beginning, she established good rapport and I felt I could trust her as she listened well to what I needed and responded to that. I just want to say, that is her brand of customer service - honest and delivered with care and integrity.

In this last episode of bringing my watch for repair, she replicated the problem first under her personal custody before even burdening the top notch repair folks. She did, of course see the problem, as I was telling the truth. I am so pleased that I now have a Tag Huer watch that is reliably keeping time and now, I can depend on it. By the way, I have had a Tag Huer watch for 30 some years, without needing repair, and just battery replacement. Well, correction, it needed repair as it would not change the date anymore but it would have cost me hundreds of dollars. Which is why I decided to buy a new one.

The long and short of it, I am a devoted, loyal customer of Feldmar Watch, because you are after satisfactory customer care first, before profits. Nowadays, that ethic of doing business is so rare and precious. It is also why I am taking the time to say kudos to Lorel as she is top notch as well!! Thank you so much for being an ethical business I can trust

I always come back to Feldmar Watches for repairs and even battery changes. Only if they tell me that they cannot make a repair will I try to look for some other place. They are considerate, efficient, respectful, highly skilled and no matter the worth of the object you are giving them to repair, they take the utmost care.

I have recommended them to friends and family when they were looking to buy a pricier watch, and have only had thanks and praise on how they were treated.

Moved to LA from NYC in 1978. I have never gone to any other watch store but Feldmar. If they can t get the watch you want or for some reason can t repair the watch you have then don t bother going anywhere else. Feldmar does it all. We miss Sol.

I went to Feldmar Watch Company today, to purchase a battery for my watch. The employees were all very pleasant, and I was especially lucky to be greeted and taken care of by Freddy Yarmus. Freddy was nice enough to allow me to browse the stores display of beautiful watches while he installed my battery. The store was clean---unusual for such a large complex. All in all, Feldmar Watch Company is a positive experience, whether purchasing a beautiful watch, replacing a battery, getting repairs, or simply window or display shopping. Kudos to the entire group at Feldmar. Great store with a wide variety of mens and womens watches and the friendliest staff one could hope to meet.

Once I found my way to the service area and was greeted by Ben, all was wonderful! Ben provided information about my watch and suggested that I remove one link at a time of the band for fit. It needed another link removed and Ben conveyed the watch to the watchmaker a second time.

While we waited, Ben looked up more about my watch and was very cordial in conversation about watches and other things.

I appreciate the attention I received despite there being little prospect of a sale of any consequence.

Great experience here. Came here looking for a specific rare Grand Seiko. The salesperson Freddy was great. He had it and even gave me a deal which i wasn't expecting. I'll be coming here exclusively in the future for any time pieces.

Beautiful and spacious store. Nice presentation of watches. Broad selection. Edgar, our sales rep, was extremely friendly, personable, and exhibited great patience and with us as we went through the decision making process. It was a relaxed, non-pressured experience. Service was also great - they offered to clean and oil up our own watches on the spot.

Not a lot to say other than that getting a new watch battery took me less than 5 minutes from the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out having paid. The woman working here was very friendly and knowledgable.

Expertise and honesty, what more can you ask for? They know what they can service and what they can t! Great prices and great attitudes. Would not go anywhere else. I realize that being in buisness for over a century speaks for itself, none the less, keep up the good work. BRAVO

Full review: The service was top notch, the whole time we were there our salesman (I don't recall his name but he was a taller gentleman wearing a particularly large Breitling) made us feel extremely welcome and was more than patient while we made our decision. He was highly knowledgable about everything the store carried and his suggestions all felt thoughtful and genuine, not just trying to upsell.
The selection is spectacular, with a wide variety of both familiar and more uncommon brands to choose from at a huge range of prices: from the Casio G-shocks and Seiko 5's around $150-200, all the way up to Breguets so expensive I was scared to even ask, and everywhere in between.The store itself is also very well laid out, aesthetically pleasing, and very clean. Covid precautions seem to be taken quite seriously which is yet another plus.
This was my first visit, but Feldmar has earned a lifetime customer as far as I'm concerned.

He spent all of the time that I needed to choose a watch that I am happy with. The pricing was very competitive. It may have been a very few dollars more than some discount internet sites. However, that is more than made up for with the value of personal service, a wide array of choices, and a trusted local dealer to go to in case of any problems. Also, there is no substitute for seeing and feeling a watch on your wrist when trying to make a choice. I m very happy all around.
