Once I found my way to the service area and was greeted by Ben, all was wonderful! Ben provided information about my watch and suggested that I remove one link at a time of the band for fit. It needed another link removed and Ben conveyed the watch to the watchmaker a second time.

While we waited, Ben looked up more about my watch and was very cordial in conversation about watches and other things.

I appreciate the attention I received despite there being little prospect of a sale of any consequence.
