I had a first rate shopping experience at Feldmar and with my salesperson, Ben. Ben was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He spent all of the time that I needed to choose a watch that I am happy with. The pricing was very competitive. It may have been a very few dollars more than some discount internet sites. However, that is more than made up for with the value of personal service, a wide array of choices, and a trusted local dealer to go to in case of any problems. Also, there is no substitute for seeing and feeling a watch on your wrist when trying to make a choice. I m very happy all around.
