Dear good folks of Feldmar: I have been a long-standing, loyal customer of yours. I have bought several watches and got them repaired as well. My exacting, precise husband is also complimentary of your watch repairmen who are top-notch.

But, sometimes, even the top-notch repairmen cannot repair an inherently defective Tag Huer watch, which my husband bought as an early Christmas present for me in Nov. 2016. In its a year and half in my possession, I had turned it in for repairs three times for being slow and keeping time late. During those periods, I have had no watch to fall on, a month or so at a time.

Finally, this year, I came back early 2018 and told Lorel Monroy about my predicament. She remembered me as I had purchased the watch from her. From the very beginning, she established good rapport and I felt I could trust her as she listened well to what I needed and responded to that. I just want to say, that is her brand of customer service - honest and delivered with care and integrity.

In this last episode of bringing my watch for repair, she replicated the problem first under her personal custody before even burdening the top notch repair folks. She did, of course see the problem, as I was telling the truth. I am so pleased that I now have a Tag Huer watch that is reliably keeping time and now, I can depend on it. By the way, I have had a Tag Huer watch for 30 some years, without needing repair, and just battery replacement. Well, correction, it needed repair as it would not change the date anymore but it would have cost me hundreds of dollars. Which is why I decided to buy a new one.

The long and short of it, I am a devoted, loyal customer of Feldmar Watch, because you are after satisfactory customer care first, before profits. Nowadays, that ethic of doing business is so rare and precious. It is also why I am taking the time to say kudos to Lorel as she is top notch as well!! Thank you so much for being an ethical business I can trust
