Do Not work with these guys - I wanted to give them zero star. Harold Jerry charged us $4000 plus filing fees and put our house in Irrevocable Trust. Turned out that was prohibited by our mortgage contract, which he never told us. The bank started foreclosure proceeding so our cr score dropped over 200 points, and we borrow from our TDA and cashed out our IRS to pay back to mortgage. Then no one wanted lend us more money. On top of which Harold Gerry stopped responding to my email. I got very upset and turned to his higher up Laura Wieldner and the partner B Monaco, who "apologized" for Harold not returning my email timely (He NEVER returned my emails). Neither of them got back to me since. DO NOT Work with these guys

Most work was performed remotely via e-mail and telephone, she is an excellent communicator so there was minimal need for in-person meetings. I never felt like I was kept waiting for a response. She was happy to provide advice to help myself and my ex try and figure things out ourselves before resorting to legal intervention which saved thousands of dollars & lots of stress. I don't understand any of the negative reviews. Been working with F,K and Monaco FOR years. They always help in a very professional way. Two times, I needed to hire "outside" lawyers (tenant eviction, personal injury)that work with F,K, M. VERY SATISFIED with everything.

They always call me when they say they will. They listened to my entire situation. They made suggestions and informed me of the possible outcomes. With their guidence, I was able to make the right moves.
The worst firm ever. Their lawyer David Pincus is HORRIBLE. He has lost multiple cases including mine, I went and hired a new attorney, not only won already, but actually felt like they were fighting for me as opposed to David who felt like he was against me. Terrible terrible terrible. Don't let David handle ANYTHING and you have a chance.
0 stars. Not only have they not helped me, but they've made my situation worse. They've given me the run around like I've never experienced. They put multiple incorrect claims out because they failed to listen and read my multiple, explicit emails. I've been directed to to 3 different lawyers over the last 6 weeks. Each of them were quick to jump to conclusions and not confirm with me what I want. It's actually hilarious how incompetently they have acted. They truly do not care about their clients. I wish I never called them because the time I've spent begging them to help me has been worse than my initial situation. I'm really disheartened by my experience. Lawyers are supposed to help, not make it worse.
The attorney who worked with me - Kumar Paturi, JD - always answered my phone calls on the same day and he got straight to the point in helping me solving abuse issues with a employer who drinks alcohol at work and selectively hires women, minorities and foreigners with the perception that they do not know how to respond to his tyrannic style of employment. Job well done. I cannot thank him enough!

Tried using their advice service twice and both times got very Poor Service. They didn't call back when they say they would. They seem to want to blow off clients once they are already paid for their advice service.
I will say I do feel more secure with being able to get help from one of nyc's top law firms..

Mr. Herbert Newman is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always return my calls promptly. Not many experienced lawyers are enthusiast and willing to share their expertise to educate their clients like he does.
If i could give a negative rating I would. Called to get legal advice and got WRONG advice after explaining the full situation the first time. I call;ed back and got a woman attorney who was really sweet and helpful. Went back to court ready to follow her advice and could not even use it. I got my complete file sent over to my attorney . I've called and been trying to get back in touch with her for 2 Days- each time they said 4 hours (even the next day) . As my legal matters are getting worse. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK. I spoke with the office manager and she was LESS helpful than the admin who answered the phone. VERY UNHAPPY with service so far as I was recommended. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
I have one of the plans from this firm and I must say, they have been prompt in all of their responses to my needs and they have been able to help me with every problem that I have come across! Their fees are a great value for the service that they provide!

I would not use or recommend this law firm for anything in the world. Legal Shield uses them and they score a zero for the legal profession and it s filled with Tier 4 legal graduates and paralegals that pretend to be lawyers. Take a pass and if you manage to get anything accomplish that would be the best news. However, if they give you difficulty report them to the Suffolk County Bar. They cannot even give a simple referral for lawyer services and they seemed to go in circles. I have not seen so many poor lawyers in my life. Meaning, poor lawyering. Look to vet a city attorney if you want a quality attorney and make sure they re not just using a city address and live in Long Island. Believe me you can tell the difference!
Poor service ("0" rating) - I attempted to use their advice service two times in the 3 years that I've had them. Each time they were very unhelpful. They pretty much shushed me away and they do not want to hear your problem. One lady from the company called me back and had my entire situation twisted and did not want to hear the real situation that I was trying to get answers for.
I'm hearing that Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P.C. have many clients through various membership organizations, so basically they are already paid whether they help you or not. This service is not worth the trouble. You are better of solving your own situation through other means. I've decided to cancel this useless paid membership I receive through my union.

This firm helped me present my argument to a company that was not taking me seriously in an alleged fraud case dealing with an ISA (income share agreement).
Working with John was as pleasure. He quickly understood the facts of my argument and gave me assurance that I had a solid argument and reason to cancel my agreement.
Long story short... with one letter and a few emails, they canceled the contract! Saving me tens of thousands in useless debt.
