Spoke with Glenn regarding immigration. Was very helpful and he took his time to explain different aspects of immigration and answered all the questions.

He was very thorough and caring, and I only got in contact with him through LegalShield.

Can't speak for the whole firm but I feel if this is the level of customer service they deliver for LegalShield members, they must really care about their customers in general.
