The hotel was beautiful and had a very good price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. My room was on the 15th floor and had a great view. The restaurant on the first floor had delicious breakfast and dinner. My favorite part was the sky view lounge. The bar tending staff is very friendly and the lounge has the best view of the city and the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Front night manager charged us twice for our room. Ex peeks even called them to have them remove second charge and he denied them also!! He should not work in a customer service field. Room was big but outdated and AC wouldn't work properly. Glass was paper thin because you could hear every truck at 4:30 in the morning when they were picking up trash. This is about a 3 star hotel and should lower prices. Won't stay at ANY Holliday Inn again due to customer service.

Awesome views no matter where your room is located. You can get a view of the city and the lights at night or a view overlooking the water. Nice rooms, within walking distance of all the major bars and restaurants downtown and is the place to be during Mardi gras.

This hotel is very nice, this was the second time we stayed here. Beds are high and have nice linens and seemed like new fluffy pillows. We used the third floor pool and it was clean and nice. We couldn't find any vending machines then discovered a little store with all that stuff in the lobby. Would stay here again, convenient to the battleship.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The events coordinator for the ball room, Michelle, has been awesome throughout the duration of time working with my bride. I look forward to many more events with the Holiday Inn and it's overly professional staff. Thank you again for a great experience. I will recommend several others to you.

Never had this happen before. We arrived and checked in. Went to the room and had the coffees that we're in the room. Went down to the front desk and asked for some more for the morning. Was told they could only give 2 more. I mean really.....

The circular shape of the hotel offers some spectacular views of Mobile. Nice amenities, as you expect from the Holiday Inn chain but not overly luxurious. Good breakfast in the morning downstairs (not free, but a good buffet that isn't overly priced). In walking distance of lots of downtown activities and restaurants.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference. We stayed two nights. The rooms and hallways/ common areas were clean and kempt. The bathroom area was a little small. We went up to the sky lounge both nights. The first night we had a great experience the bartender was very helpful (Libby). She helped us pick drinks and she turned on some music when we requested it. The next night we went back and had a completely different experience. The bartender was bland, and when we asked for some more upbeat music she pretty much said I don't want to deal with changing it. We spent under $20 versus the night before where we had spent much more!!! Also we ate breakfast at the hotel, the food was good but the service was lacking.

The location is fantastic but the hotel setup is subpar compared to the other holidays inns I stay at. Being Spire, we were upgraded to a top floor suite which was great, except there was a 40+ person family reunion being hosted on the same floor and only one functioning elevator. There was literally a sign in table and 6 people working that had to move to let us move our stroller past to go to our room. The restaurant does not serve alcohol though there is a nighclub upstairs that does. Waited 45 min for a quesadilla that consisted of a microwaved cheese slab between tortillas; and considering I find Taco bell tasty, that's saying something. That being said, they have one of the best breakfasts I've had across 100s of Holiday Inns and the building itself was beautiful.

The hotel was nice, but the service was not. We scheduled the hotel van to pick us up and it didn't. We had to pay 75 dollars for the ride to the hotel, and didn't get a refund for the vehicle that didn't pick us up. Then the manager told us that it stinks to be us. However the waitress and the chef were very welcoming. And helped with any difficulties and questions during breakfast.

100% reasonable rates, the room was clean and comfy. The staff, courteous and accommodative.. there's a good ground floor resturaunt and lounge at the top floor that provides an almost 360-degree view of downtown Mobile, Alabama and the adjacent Mobile Bay. Would've never guessed a such a cool place would exist as a night-spot locally (Biloxi, MS perhaps) !!!

My fellow Mobilians, did you know there is a large, cylindrical shaped building located in the heart of the city's historic district (ground-zero for Mardi-Gras) with a supercool bar located on the 17th floor and is perfect for hosting special occasions, enjoying intimate cocktails, or just want to enjoy your favorite adult beverage outside the confines of home but hate waking up to smokey clothes and hair?

At Skyview Lounge you get a full-service bar with food menu (till 10pm) in a smoke-free environment! Not only could you enjoy a safe night out to a venue that provides a posh bar in a unique location and to not go home smelling like an ashtray?

Searching for a venue to host your next event or just a chill, intimate spot to meet the squad before venturing into L.O.D.A. for the night, please do consider stopping by Skyview Lounge! No cover + weekly drink specials

We came here last night ,because the hotel we were going to stay at (quality inn) was horrible.

The staff here was friendly and professional.
The Breakfast was great!
Our room that we stayed in was well maintained and clean!
Whenever we are in the area again. We will certainly stay here and get a view of the Gulf!
Good prices as well!

I received a gift certificate for this location for a complimentary night's stay and when I went there to use it, the staff accused me of making a false gift certificate even though it was directly from this hotel. They were extremely rude and after I got in contact with the person that gave me the certificate they still would not honor it. I will never go to a Holiday Inn and none of my business associates will go there again as well.

The location is great and the staff is friendly. The staff did not follow protocol for member. My questions went unanswered and my request for a late check out was denied, despite my club status. While checking out and complaining, the staff did say I should have been given the late check-out. The lounge on the top floor is fabulous. They did not keep food supplied well for our weekend convention-meals in the banquet room. It may have just been understaffed.

Stayed here 7 nights. The carpet in our room needed deep cleaning. We wore socks and tossed them at the end of our stay. Had to call for blow dryer and refrigerator replacement both of which were promptly taken care of. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were awesome. The room attendants not so much. Ran out of supplies, toilet paper, Kleenex, towels on various days. Not the best, nor the worst place that I have stayed in. We were there for a military reunion and they did take care of us.
