Excellent food, we were looking for a vegetarian options, even though they didn't have the one we were looking for but chef created out of menu food for us. Great staff!

The value is on point. Small was four large-ish slices made with quality ingredients. Cheese was on point, crust shows that there's craftsfolk really in that kitchen and the speed and service was exemplary. I will be back and you should def get on over to FBI Pizza.

I literally drive all the way from Scarborough for their pizza ! I'm obsessed with their caprese pizza without mozzarella

Been her 2 times now had panzarotti and pizza, they were both amazing and very well priced. Love it here def be back again

Just ordered pizza, salad and sandwiches for a picnic. No napkins. No fork for salad. Did not cut the hoagies in half. did not ask if we needed anything. food good

Horrible delivery experience. Pizzas arrived with cheese and toppings that had slid off and were stuck to the box. I called the store with my issue and was told I had to return the pizzas for a refund or solution, despite taking pictures. However with a small time frame for our get together, we couldn t wait for this resolution and had to offer our guests the pizza. Disappointed at the food experience, and most of all , the customer service which did not resolve our issue. You lost several customers.

Service was very friendly went on a monday at lunch time pretty much had the place to ourselves.. It was very clean. Food was Fantastic!! Huge portions.. epic pizza.. will definitely be back..

Terrible customer service.

On Saturday afternoon I ordered a small pizza via UBER EATS. The driver got lost and decided to drop off her daughter at another condo nearby instead. Not sure why. After repeatedly calling her, she claimed to be waiting to pick up her daughter and would be over 'soon'. After 30 minutes, she made her way to my condo.

The pizza arrived so cold that it had actually folded upwards into an L-shape. I immediately refused it, gave it back, and called FBI to explain.

To my surprise, the female manager suggested I pay for another pizza. I explained the situation, and that I'd already spent $20.00 on a pizza that I didn't get after waiting for over an hour and a half. I was shocked at her response.

The female manager refused to apologize or accommodate for the late, undelivered pizza forcing me to call UBER EATS, explain and complain. I now have to go after UBER EATS for my refund, which has become a nightmare in itself, while the females who delivered my pizza got a free pizza and got paid! I will likely never get back my money, nor my time, but I will certainly remember this.

FBI has lost a loyal customer and a regular referral.

Not your average pizza joint. They use higher quality meats and veggies. Thin crust is really thin. Regular crust is also on the thin side. Wish they had more locations so it's not out of my area for delivery. Great staff

I was disappointed with this place.
Sandwich was terrible . I was the only one customer and Chef forgot about my order because he was too busy talking with manger . So I ended up waiting 20 min for a dessert which I didn t get it .
Plus was really cold there
Never come back .

Great place on Lakeshore for gourmet pizza with a very aphrodisiac-like ambience. The prices may seem steep per pie at first but the quality of the service & meal will put your mind at ease.

I won a store credit online from FBI Pizza and after having never been there before, this chain is definitely in my top 5 favourite pizza spots in Toronto. I ordered a Bigger (16") pizza with roasted red peppers, pepperoni, sundried tomatoes and Italian sausages as toppings. The pizza itself was amazing, they were a little light on the base sauce, but still amazing nonetheless.

Their wings take top spot in my book for best wings in Toronto. I ordered the 6 piece and was quite full after only two (and three slices of pizza).

The sauces were all made in-house which was really good. I love the textures between them. I had the garlic parm and the hot pepperoncini. For someone who doesn't enjoy spicy flavours, the hot pepperoncini was tolerable and I enjoyed it.

The interior is kind of cool too, I really enjoyed my time there.

Prices are a bit much considering the service and taste. Will not return!

Great pizza and very unique but tasty chicken wings! We had a large group during our last visit and the service wasn't as great as we would expect but the food was still excellent.

Always satisfied. We used to live in the area and would order pick up and we were never disappointed. Came back for dine in as we were in the area and tried the leaning tower of pi and wings and those were excellent too!

Best wings in Toronto. Worth the flight from Amsterdam :)

I ve been a frequent customer of FBI Lakeshore location for the past few years, the Pizza has always been delicious but the recent order I placed on June 21st, 2020 left little to be desired and was not a pleasant experience. I paid $40+ for a pizza and upon arrival it looked like someone had dropped the pizza on the floor (it was falling apart and squished into one side of the pizza box, I should have taken a picture but was shocked at how it arrived) and the crust underneath the pizza was soggy and burnt and inedible. This was for Father s Day and left one sad Dad. I really should have called to tell the restaurant of my experience but my husband didn t want me to since this is not typical of their restaurant. I don t think I ll be ordering from them again though after this experience, truth be told It s been hit or miss with them the last few times I ve ordered with the quality of the pizza... I use to say it was the best in the neighbourhood, now I feel I can t make that claim.

The pizza that we've built wasn't tasty. We asked for a normal crunch, They did a thin one. It tasted like a cartoon paper. Not a good pizza. However, the interface is nice. The staff is attractive and welcoming.

Very overpriced. Barely any toppings. Very disappointed as I had heard FBI pizza was great. It's not! I ordered a thin crust pizza with mushrooms, onions, peppers and no cheese. Oh my God! There were about 3 strands of pepper and onion and one bit of mushroom for the whole pizza! You'd have thought that for $40 they might have given us a few more bits of veg on the pizza, especially as we weren't having cheese! Sorry FBI but I don't think I'll be odering from you again! At that price I expect something much better!!

Always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and answer any question we may have. Now the pizza, oh the sweet delicious pizza. They always use quality ingredients and it is always perfectly cook. Our family stops here everything we pass by. COVID specific, they have a great process, always plenty of hand sanitizer and physical distancing here.

Ordered from FBI because of all the glowing reviews and recommendations. My local pizza shop was on holiday so... I thought I'd give FBI a try. I ordered two different medium pizzas from their 'Chef's Creations'. When they finally arrived (delivery took forever), what I got was two scantily clad, what I would consider small pizzas, that were verging on cold. Had to re-heat them before serving. Tasted 'O.K.' but nothing matching the hype this place has been given, or the prices they charge. Will not order from them again.

Pretty good pizza. It s my second favourite in the neighbourhood. They have a lot of options on the menu and different sizes to please everyone. The staff are nice.

Never heard of this place before. Ordered them mostly out of desperation.

Blown away. The chicken sandwich was ridiculously good. Custom panzerotti was very solid. Delivery service was above and beyond.

All in all I can't wait to order their food again.

I rarely give reviews on Google Maps, but FBI Pizza deserves it. Probably one of the best pizzas in the region, and I have tried several places. I've never ate in, only delivery, reason why I am not giving 5 stars, no take out options, as far as I know. Order from this place at least twice a month.

The place itself, the decor, interior, bar area, and tables all have a fun vibe, they look modern and sleek. In terms of food, I was happy to learn they have other things on the menu other than pizza, but of course this is the main reason for going. I would recommend making your own, as the chef specialties didnt have certain toppings on them that I would have loved. Very very good, I would come back again but make my own pizza as I didnt the first time.

Tried to order delivery by phone. First call put on hold. 5 min later line drops. Second call, tries to put me on hold, I quickly mention I was put on hold already and it drops and asked if I can order delivery she says yes, puts me on hold again. Call drops..no callback.. Guess they doing well. Gluck

The pizza here is absolutely delicious. You got many choices to choose from. If none of those satisfy your cravings, they got an option where you can customize the pizza the way you want. The toppings are fresh, and there is a huge variety to choose from. The service is also great. They are patient and take the time to explain how their pizza works, the sizes, and what they offer. They do deliver within a 10km radius, and the pizza tends to arrive within 15-20 mins from the time the order is placed. Would highly recommend.

Staff are very unprofessional. Refused to give order to Uber eats delivery because they were on a bike, and slammed the side door of the restaurant in their face. Never again ordering from this ghetto establishment.

Wonderful places to get a unique, high quality pizza with fresh tasting ingredients. The margarita pizza was delicious, the toppings were perfect and the crust was so great.

Pizza is pretty good, but I'm a bigger fan of the sandwiches from this particular joint. Don't get me wrong the pizza is still great given the competition in the area, but to nitpick I find the dough/crust isn't exactly what I look for and the sauce is a bit too sweet for me (and at the cost these are enough of a deterrent to make me think twice before ordering). The sandwiches however, especially the steak sandwich, are killer. I've only ever had delivery or take out so I can't attest to the service.

Did order via uber eats on Friday night. Order to door time was just 29 mins.
Amazingly fast.

Staff was pleasant, we ordered the Calabrese and a custom one, both were very good.

Came in for the first time and really enjoyed the pizza I had here. Was a wonderful atmosphere and I received great service from two lovely young ladies working this evening. The pizza was fantastic and look forward to trying their other options on the menu next time.

Ok pizza, ridiculously over priced. When the guy delivered I said no I only ordered one pizza, he said that is the price for one. Don't waste your money it's not worth the price. There's plenty of other places that will give you alot more for your money.

They messed up my order of 3 Cheese Pizzas and 1 Pepperoni. I ended up getting Garlic Pizzas instead of the cheese Pizzas. Because of the inconvenience of going back to the restaurant and getting our money back (or actual cheese pizzas). I was better off throwing them out.

Food tasted good. Service was slow. Decorations were nice and modern. Waitress did not know her alcoholic drinks and was not able to provide any suggestions. Overall an okay experience. Did not appreciate that they did not accommodate for their mistake of dropping my food and bringing it out 30 minutes after our pizza came out. Personally I think they were understaffed.

I've had better. I was expecting a thick crust with lots of topping but was surprised with a very thing crust and scant toppings. The toppings were an interesting mix and incredibly tasty. Overall, it needs more: more toppings, more crust. The phone and delivery staff were very friendly. Don't love it but certainly would give it another try before writing it off.

The pizza could have been better. We ordered a big 14" thin crust with fresh basil, prosciutto, and goat cheese, equaling out to be $19.92. The pizza wasn't thin crust and honestly it was just a regular pizza and I feel that pizza nova has better flavour. When we ordered online it said the pizza would take approximately 30 mins to make, and when we got there we had to wait 10 mins more while one employee was sitting on his phone. Reading the reviews here proves they really need to step up on their service skills. I wouldn't rush back here but I would come back another time, maybe at a different location.
