Went for a late dinner with some friends. An awesome deal was offered to us; a pitcher and an XL pizza for $21... you can NOT beat that! Pizza was fresh & so very tasty. Quick, friendly service. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Not a lot of seating, but well worth the wait if you need to.

I won a store credit online from FBI Pizza and after having never been there before, this chain is definitely in my top 5 favourite pizza spots in Toronto. I ordered a Bigger (16") pizza with roasted red peppers, pepperoni, sundried tomatoes and Italian sausages as toppings. The pizza itself was amazing, they were a little light on the base sauce, but still amazing nonetheless.
Their wings take top spot in my book for best wings in Toronto. I ordered the 6 piece and was quite full after only two (and three slices of pizza).
The sauces were all made in-house which was really good. I love the textures between them. I had the garlic parm and the hot pepperoncini. For someone who doesn't enjoy spicy flavours, the hot pepperoncini was tolerable and I enjoyed it.
The interior is kind of cool too, I really enjoyed my time there.
Very attentive service, great pizza. Pricier than the chains but worth it.

decided to order from here because they were on blog to. I saw that the wait time would be 90 minutes but I thought if it's good it would be worth it. Me and my partner each got a panzerotti. Both were way too salty and half of the ingredients were wrong. We threw them out. I have them a bad review on Yelp and Simone affiliated with the business heavily harassed me for about two weeks.
I'd like to think that maybe it was a one time thing. However after receiving abusive messages from MULTIPLE accounts, I have to say that nobody should order from here. Perhaps if the business had truly tried to fix the situations, I would have ordered from here again. The waiting time for their food is not even slightly worth it. After someone affiliated with this business decided to send me multiple messages calling me a degenerate c*nt. They also made fake reviews claiming to be from me. I blocked 3 accounts and continued receiving messages. My Yelp review simply stated that my toppings were wrong and it was salty. I can't say I will ever give them another chance. If you're hoping to good pizza please choose somewhere else.

Ordered a chef's designed pizza; perfectly balanced flavors and the dough was light and fluffy. Grab some breaded deep fried wings; the seasoning/spices used make them amazing. But a word of caution, they're about the size of KFC or Pop Eye's chicken; don't order 24 of them like we did (thinking they were your typical chicken wings).
Not a bad pizza. Very pricey. Sauce has alot of basil and size is very small.
Awful. Went tonight to pick up my pizza and only one employee (of approx 6) was wearing a mask. Everyone in the kitchen were not wearing masks. Got home and they hadn t included everything in my order. I don t mind them having forgotten something however not wearing a mask is inexcusable and honestly disgusting. I won t go back.
I was sitting down about to taste my FBI pizza for the 1st time then all of a sudden I heard some older lady who seemed like the manager if not owner yelling at an Uber Eats driver next time enter through the side door!
I suggest you treat your Uber Eats drivers with respect and customers like myself what an unpleasant experience.
By the way the FBI pizza I ordered did not taste fresh therefore this is my 1st and last time I ever step foot into this place especially since there's so many other pizza restaurants which I can try.

This is a must try pizza spot! I had a half and half(forget the name but it had maple syrup i believe). The inhouse made sauces are great. The hot one is really hot. The pizza was high quality. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will return.
FBI pizza has quality pizzas and it s one of my favourite places to get delivery. The one with honey is amazing!
We just got the Sicilian, chicken, zucchini, mushrooms and eggplant.
Dough is good.
Toppings were bland.
Sauce was ok. Felt like it s straight from San Marzano can.
Mozzarella was ok.
Overall: I think other toppings would be better for combination. We will give it another try with one of their premade ones and hope to get a more satisfying result.

Solid food. Pizza was really good (get the Sicilian crust), Ceasar was awesome, creamy and garlicy. Good beer selection... Solid pizza joint. Have some Italian style chicken wings I wanted to try - next time!
terribly high prices for quality of pizza. waitress' seem like they have a stick up their a$# 24/7. there are many pizza places in the mimico area, I reccomend any of them except this place. Never going here again.

Pretty overpriced for mediocre pizza. I dont know how 1 large pizza with 3 toppings and 4 pops came to $41. The crust tasted like dry pita bread... definitely not worth it.

I had the panther already and it was very large and tasted great. My companions had a steak sandwich, I had a bite and it was very good too. It's always a nice Ambience, a very cool place to go
Lakeshore/Mimico doesn't offer too many good food spots but I am glad we have FBI pizza here. It opens until late night. Me and my guest were a little restricted because we wanted something vegetarian. Good selection of pizzas and sandwiches. Great ambiance.
Servers spent more time on their phones in front of their customers than serving food. Server brought out food for one person and the other 2 20 minutes later. Slow, terrible service. Food was not worth the money and expensive bill at the end
Top quality and fresh ingredients. It was good but not great to me. Pizza was better than average and the staff was good but that's about all I have to say. If I paid less I might of thought of it as good value but the price was higher than average for a pie that's not wood fired.

Poor delivery, received a luke warm pie after 1 hour and 25 minutes on a weeknight. Called and received all sorts of lame excuses and worst of all they wouldn't "make it right". Stuff happens, however integrity is a sign of good business, and this place has none.

Here's a tip. If you can't deliver a pizza within 2.5 hours when it is ordered at 4:20pm. Don't take the X$ ! Order! Estimated 75 mins. Now 2.5 hrs and no sign. Kids pizza party ruined. Admitted they didn't even put the pizza in the oven until 90 mins after order.
Edit review Sept 22.2019 --- service has gone down. I have been back twice and both times with a party of 6-7ppl. Today (5 adults and 1 toddler) when I received the bill the tip was already included at 25% . Last time I was there it was a 30% tip and I was told this was standard for parties of 6 or more...not consistent. Other places charge 18% for a large party. And although I usually tip on top of that if service is great, it's my choice and not implied. Today we had 3 medium pizzas, 3 beers and water. Not sure why that means 25% tip to be added for lunch. Food is good but not great service means I won't go back here.

ORIGINAL review - Amazing pizza! Great topping selection and some unique ingredients I would've thought never worked. They introduced me to honey on pizza and I am completely in love. Service is good and have never had any issues.

Likely to be the best pizza in the area, but not same as best in the city and I find it's kinda expensive:( What's more the table seating I find terribly uncomfortable there's just no room under the table for my legs, and I'm not fat
I love this place. Since moving into the neighborhood 2 years ago, I must have ordered or dined in 20 times. Every pizza is good!!! Mon to wed $20 for pitcher of beer and 16"pizza - this place will make me fat!!!!! A must try.
Not only is the pizza incredible, the staff is so unbelievably nice! They delivered to us for a special occasion outside of their delivery zones. 5++++ they are the best!

We came to a realization at this restaurant. Goat cheese is significantly under utilized on pizza. We built our own pie and added prosciutto and house made sausage and the aforementioned goat cheese. The sausage was well seasoned. The prosciutto was delicious but was cut in too big of pieces and fell off when you tried to eat it. This is just a minor inconvenience for an experienced eater such as myself though. My only complaint was that the beer selection was pretty slim.
Pretty poor pizza. The name is cleaver, but that's about it, the pizza is not worth the trip. But this is a subjective option, you may have a different option...

First time we ordered it was amazing. The second time we ordered it wasn t good at all and it was undercooked. Thought they were having an off day so ordered once more -
I called to order and the hung up on me before I could finish my order. Called back to finish order and they hung up on me again before giving me the price. Called back AGAIN to ask the price and was met with a horrible tone and attitude as if it was my fault they kept hanging up on me. The wings are good but the pizza is so inconsistent, the prices are so high. and the people are so rude that I wouldn t go again, nor would I recommend it when there are better places in the area to go to.
Great tasting pizza and friendly service. I like the flexibility of "build your own pie" menu. Dorian and Ena were great, very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the atmosphere was great. We'll be back!
Best authentic Italian pizza in the city imo (in the neighborhood for sure), ingredients are always fresh and the dough is untouchable. I always travel out of my way to eat here. Would definitely recommend this place if you haven t tried it yet!

Food was quite good, prices were reasonable, and the serving staff was gorgeous, which shouldn't matter, but totally does.
Pizza is delish, makes me feel like a ninja turtle when I eat it.
Definitely worth the drive down to the city for one of these pizzas. Looking forward to dining in soon
FBI pizza is a great little gem on lakeshore. It has wonderful food and good service. They also have take out for those days when you want some fancy pizza but want to eat it at home. I gladly recommend them for anyone in the area looking for pizza. The price is a little higher then your chain pizza stores but is easily worth it if your looking for quality. Also has tvs for sports and drinks for those looking for a place to watch "the game". The place is kept clean as well and the bathrooms are in good repair. Much pizza, such yum, wow.
