Terrible customer service.

On Saturday afternoon I ordered a small pizza via UBER EATS. The driver got lost and decided to drop off her daughter at another condo nearby instead. Not sure why. After repeatedly calling her, she claimed to be waiting to pick up her daughter and would be over 'soon'. After 30 minutes, she made her way to my condo.

The pizza arrived so cold that it had actually folded upwards into an L-shape. I immediately refused it, gave it back, and called FBI to explain.

To my surprise, the female manager suggested I pay for another pizza. I explained the situation, and that I'd already spent $20.00 on a pizza that I didn't get after waiting for over an hour and a half. I was shocked at her response.

The female manager refused to apologize or accommodate for the late, undelivered pizza forcing me to call UBER EATS, explain and complain. I now have to go after UBER EATS for my refund, which has become a nightmare in itself, while the females who delivered my pizza got a free pizza and got paid! I will likely never get back my money, nor my time, but I will certainly remember this.

FBI has lost a loyal customer and a regular referral.
