Great restaurant for Pizzas and Salads in the Mimico neighborhood. Their NYC cheese pizza is a must try. Some of their staff is very accommodating as well.

The wings are a must try. Pizza was delicious and service was fast.

If you want to pay the price and have the best pizza in town this place is for you. Definitely a great treat every now and then. The pizza is always fresh, crisp and the toppings are top notch... And don't forget the nutella mousse.

Pricey, but, wow is their pizza delicious! I still splurge every time I'm nearby. Canadese and Calabrese are part of our SOP during visits.

Very cozy place in a very nice and lovely location. So nice staff as well.
But food is not as good. We tried take out, I would say other than the low quality pizza the problem was boxes. Boxes were stinky so badly.

Just ordered delivery from FBI Pizza. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Perfect temperature and pepperoni. Juicy and cheesy. The full taste of San Marzano DOP Tomato sauce. All on a thin, fire-toasted crust.

A great local business. I can't wait to order pizza from "FBI Pizza" again!

2 'really big' pizzas. one with 3 toppings, one chef creation. Over 62 dollars.

I love this place. Since moving into the neighborhood 2 years ago, I must have ordered or dined in 20 times. Every pizza is good!!! Mon to wed $20 for pitcher of beer and 16"pizza - this place will make me fat!!!!! A must try.

This place has great pizza and desserts. Friendly and helpful staff. If you like spicy foods, you need to try the Diavola Pizza! The cannoli is non-traditional but delicious and big enough for two to share. One of a few places in the area open late every night of the week.

Most delicious pizzas in GTA. Combinations are out of the ordinary. Great service. Great atmosphere!!!

Small sports bar with lots of TVs! Tranquil mood style table in white tree. Good choice of pizzas and crusts! The chef is social and the waitresses too.

I have been ordering delivery pizza for a while, however as of recent, the service went down hill. Orders are inaccurate. Delivery takes more than 1 hour. Yesterday I waited 2 hours for my pizza!! When I called to check in after 1.5 hours of waiting the receptionist told me that the driver was on the way (I live 8 minutes away by car). After 20 more minutes still nothing. After two hours I called back and said that I was not going to pay for the order as 2 hour wait without any late notice is unacceptable. Thankfully they agreed. When I opened up the pizza, it was the wrong bloody pizza!! They put basil in it instead of cherry tomatoes - how the hell do you mess that up!? It was gross. We were starving so we had a couple of slices but it was utterly unsatisfying. The driver's reason for being so late was that the order before me was 25 pizzas - that's not my problem. And also that he couldn't find where I live......there is GPS for that. Clearly you can't handle the volume of orders, so please hire more staff or tell your customers that the wait times are longer than normal. It's called integrity. I could have ordered from somewhere else instead of getting an hour late delivery of the wrong pizza. You just lost a customer. I am never ordering from you again.

**on another note - I browsed through your answers to other people's reviews and boy "really" and "lol" responses are unprofessional! I am not sure who answers these, but you should take up some customer service courses - because this is extremely rude and dismissing.

I used to order from FBI Pizza all the time, they used to be the best in town but of recent, their quality and service has declined. Yesterday I ordered a Pizza. Not only did it take 2.5 hours to arrive, the pizza was cold, their peppercino dipping sauce recipe has changed and doesn't taste the same as it did before. When I called their customer service, they offered me a $20 credit on a $60 order for the pizza.

A few days later I decided to use my $20 and order a panzertto. Again it took over an hour, I called into the customer service and they said there were two addresses in the system and they couldn't deliver it and now they were closed. I told them repeatedly that I ordered from them just a few days ago and they said this is the first time I was ordering and blamed the discrepancy on me entering two addresses instead of one which is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them agin.

Food is great, although not a fan of the changes made in-house. Feels like a younger age bar had sex with dominos and this was the result. Midriff shirts on the waitresses, loud music.. Almost like it doesn't know what it's trying to be.

Bought from here for the first time and it was really delicious pizza! The housemade dips are great too. A little bit pricey for certain pizzas but its worth it for the quality

We delivered food equipments to this place then owner asked us if we had lunch and offered us pizza let me tell u best pizza in Toronto thank you for the respect and would recommend this pizza to anyone who wants to enjoy the taste of real fbi pizza

Garbage. Screwed up Delivery order that took 2.5 hours to deliver, Their response, "Too Bad, we don't care". We don't care sums up their restaurant. Overpriced over rated food. Avoid. Your better off ordering pizza pizza. At least they are honest about what they are.

First time at this place and it has a wonderful vibe the owners are very friendly, lots of tvs delicious food and the list goes on. It s a Must try, I will be coming back for sure.

Good pizza, massive is toooooo big. I ordered Estrella Damm, Spanish beer. It is not a great beer, but so far so good.

My preferred pizza place in Toronto, you can build the pizza to your liking, and they make it really good. Good service, nice location, excellent food...Awesome place!

Was craving pizza so my boyfriend decided to try FBI pizza and wow was it worth it!! I had the caprese and it was so delicious
We also tried their wings, chicken sandwich and the Nutella cannoli .
So good... I will definitely go back.

Pizza is tasty. But it is so expensive! You are looking for two to leave there about $60 bucks.

How disappointing... couldn't even bother to suffer through placing my order! Had wanted to check this place out for some time and when I finally did so...
The call was first answered by laughter then an ultra casual tone. At first I thought cool, it's a fun place to work.
That impression was quickly squashed right after. I asked to place an order for delivery and was informed pick up would be better aka faster. I said that wasn't an option for me and was almost begrudgingly told they could squeeze me in. I don't mind waiting extra time for delivery but if I'm asking for delivery, I want delivery. Choose your words it's called customer service for a reason!
Decide fine, I'll wait an hour cause I'm still stoked to try this place out. They don't have me on file cause I'm a first time customer so I need to give my address. When I do so, I'm asked how to spell the street. It's a numbered street!! Not so difficult to figure out 30th street

It could have been worse but an unfortunate event was made excellent when a pizza I ordered was replaced with something completely different. By the time it was realized we were already halfway into our first slices. We were told what happened by our server and she talked it over with the cooks and we ended up getting the pizza we actually ordered for FREE. So this showed me that I would like to go back to FBI Pizza because if not for anything else, they showed me, a first time patron, they care about my business. Plus the pizzas were really tasty. And the asiago dip was pretty amazing too. We also had a pitcher of 8 Sin black lager which was also my first and quite enjoyable.

Being a food blogger and having tried quality food for the past 10 years I can say that their pizza is not the best. It is neither good nor fair too. It is truly mediocre in their case. Don't get me wrong, it is still better tasting then Pizza Pizza any time of the day, but I would opt for Pizza Nova instead. This is just a fair opinion of a food critic. The advice would be to look around FBI Pizza and you might find a true authentic difference that is the best. Shame on BlogTO for recommending this 2 star Pizzeria back in a day. I thought they would go out of business by now, but yet they only expanded. Strange.

I gotta say, probably the best tasting pizza I have ever had! Very flavourful and toppings were plentiful! The only issue I will have is knowing that they probably don't deliver to Port Credit/Oakville....

Definitely worth the drive!

Usually good, but they should teach their staff not to talk over a customer when that customer is trying to voice a concern. Monumentally annoying. Your ears don't work while you're flapping your gums. Be quiet and listen to the customer's issue.

Great selection of pizzas. Beautiful interior design. Upscale restaurant to sit down with date, family. Alcohol available. Great service.

I rarely give reviews on Google Maps, but FBI Pizza deserves it. Probably one of the best pizzas in the region, and I have tried several places. I've never ate in, only delivery, reason why I am not giving 5 stars, no take out options, as far as I know. Order from this place at least twice a month.

It's just not what it used to be. Not sure if the sauce has changed. Staff was friendly. Beers were cold. But the once great pizza I had didn't impress. Still great for the area... But not a go out of my way spot anymore. And they lost the chicken off the menu their chicken was da bomb.

Lighting fast service and the food arrives fast. Pizza at least can't say much about anything else. They talk a big talk about ingredients, whether or not that's true I don't know it's not a big deal. End of the day it's good pizza. I will go back again

Good pizza kind of steeper in terms of price lol I m from the US and the same pizza I paid $25 for would be considered a medium and be around $15

Many people advised this place and said this is the best pizza in Toronto. In reality pizza has more dough than toppings, it tastes like a flour. Tried 3 different pizzas 3 times and all the time they were terrible. + they have no meat in their pizzas. Had to eat something else after their food. Thank you

We ordered 2 pizzas from the Etobicoke location and the person taking our order told us that it will take an hour and a half with no guarantees of this time. Because this place was recommended to us we decided to go ahead with the order. After 2 hours of waiting, we called the restaurant and they told us that our pizzas were just going into the oven. After another 45 minutes of waiting, we again called the restaurant and they told us that the delivery person had just left. Upon arrival at our place, he asked if he could use a charger because his payment was dead. The pizza was MEDIOCRE at best.

I would never recommended this place nor would I ever order from them again. How they are in business is beyond me. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE WAIT

Located at Lakeshore and Burlington, this pizza joint offers delicious Italian food. It's owner prides itself on the quality and quantity of its dishes. We had the pizza daivoli and panzeratti and service is decent as the staff is always busy. Phone rings off the hook but I don't blame the place, the pizza is great. There's street parking with a few spots beside the building. It is not wheelchair accessible. The washrooms are located downstairs.

Overall if your in the area it is one of the better pizza places. 4/5 stars.

I won't lie and say this isn't a very good pizza because it is tasty. But $40 for an xl with 3 toppings delivered is excessive! I didn't see any gold flakes in the crust!

Calabrese pizza was fantastic!! Top it all off with the hot chili infused organic honey! Yummy.

Very rude , extremely over priced. I called 40 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and the rude woman on the phone said they didn t deliver in the last hour because they didn t want to take the chance of the driver getting back later than 12:00 am when I asked if they stated that ANYWHERE on their website , she said I don t know, we just don t want to wait around for that
This is the first placed I have EVER called for delivery, with over 20-40 min till closing that wouldn t deliver. Never again. Food was garbage the only other time I went in to eat anyways. Soggy and greasy sandwiches! Save your money

Overpriced. My friends pizza was overcooked on the bottom and mine was undercooked, enough said. The whole experience was disappointing and put a dampener on the rest of the evening. I really wanted to like it. I would not go back or recommend it to anyone. It is in a good location and has potential, but needs to figure out what kind of restrurant it wants to be when it grows up.
