Servers spent more time on their phones in front of their customers than serving food. Server brought out food for one person and the other 2 20 minutes later. Slow, terrible service. Food was not worth the money and expensive bill at the end

Best pizza in Toronto and the servers are amazing too ;))

Consistently poor customer service. If they screw your order up, burn your pie or forget part of your order, too bad. You are out of luck. They are always understaffed and can't keep up with their own demand. That's because their pizza is fantastic to say the least. The last straw was a missed item. We were told it would be two or more hours before they could get it to us, or even longer. So then they say hey, we could give you two with your next order or you could come pick it up.

Is this is a lame attempt at customer retention? Forget some part of the order, give a "credit" for your next order, thus forcing a future order.

ADVICE: check out the entire order and Bill before handing over your money because once they've been paid, they do not care.

This place is more than just about pizza but the pizza is excellent too! We had a margarita and also meat lovers pizza. Fantastic! We ordered a really great tasting Caesar salad that was a generous portion, fresh with lots of home cooked bacon mixed in...really tasty. FBI makes a homemade cannelloni and it was delicious. The service was also very good. I wasn't expecting all of this from a pizza place. 5 stars all the way.

Great service. Fresh. Delicious. And for a kick try adding some pepperocini. That'll kick it up a notch!

Doesn't get better than this place! Was in dire need of thin crust pizza and decided to try this place out with the kiddos. Super kid friendly. Wait staff improvises and provided is their crayons and paper to keep them occupied. Food and service was excellent!

BEST PIZZA!!!! The Pizza here is awesome we go out of our way as we live in the east just to get Pizza here. The have great specials monday night as well. Staff is super friendly and the pizza is always DELICIOUS!!! Worth the trip if you are outside their delivery zone.

Garlic cheese pizza was amazing and delivery from the restaurant was super quick!

Been her 2 times now had panzarotti and pizza, they were both amazing and very well priced. Love it here def be back again

Good food, good pizza, staff is very friendly, I would definitely go back. I m not sure about the best pizza in Toronto, though . Definitely a neighbourhood staple. I had the Caesar salad, and it was good, but didn t knock my socks off. Considering the description, I was hoping for better than good, though. I m not sure what it is, it just seems like something s missing.

Delicious dough, and sauce! with some high quality toppings. Not a fan of cheese, so I can't comment on that.

I will order again, and again.

This place is the real deal. Wings are spot on and pizza is delicious, best I've had in Ontario so far. The people there were so nice and atmosphere was awesome. Young Family of 4, with 1 beer and some soft drinks was under 60.00 and we were all stuffed.

Ok pizza, ridiculously over priced. When the guy delivered I said no I only ordered one pizza, he said that is the price for one. Don't waste your money it's not worth the price. There's plenty of other places that will give you alot more for your money.

First and foremost, their pizza is authentic and delicious.. Definitely one of the best in the city. Its their service and delivery that let them down. Prices change on a whim and delivery times are almost always over an hour. But what actually made me get on Google and write this review was the fact that my pizza came to $28 and I gave the driver $40 and I asked for $5 back which is already a great tip and the delivery driver said he didn't have change, biggest scam around. The best part was after the 90 minute wait my pizza wasnt even warm. Your a delivery driver, you have change and if you don't then its on FBI. I don't blame this on FBI it was most likely the Shady Juan that was delivering but still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Staff was pleasant, we ordered the Calabrese and a custom one, both were very good.

fantastic Pizzeria in South Etobicoke they use premium ingredients to make the pizza, It tastes great Stone baked pizzas. They also have fantastic chicken Hoagies can't go wrong with the pizza or the hoagies. They are great staff, management, Pizza Man Francesco probably one of the best in the city worth the try.. I had one those custom-made pizza with a Caesar side salad

By far one of the best pizzas I've had.. highly recommend FBI pizza!

I love Pizza and as I always say there s no such thing as bad Pizza, until today!

I ordered a Diavola and it was horrible; terrible choice of ingredients, bitter olives, extremely salty meat, and pretty scarce for the price.

I would prefer a store-bought frozen Pizza over this.

Came here two years ago and it was good, now It's just great! They redid the interior recently and such a difference for dine in. Lots of tv's around to watch whatever game is on, and small but good beer selection on tap. The staff both times I've been here recently have been one of the friendliest in the neighbourhood.

This month they have a special on Monday to weds of order a pitcher of beer and get a free XL pizza, just pay for the toppings. I asked one of the owners and going forward the beers will stay, the come free may change each month.

I ordered the margherita pizza with my pitcher of moosehead and both were fantastic. Hell, someone a table over ordered the Hoagie sand which and now I want to come back just for that.

So if sit down or order for delivery I highly recommend you give them a try. Heck even just coming in for a beer to watch the game, they have a great sit down bar!
Btw, they do Uber eats!

God damn was that perfect. Walked in placed an order for take out for 2 medium pizzas. Definitely not on the cheap side but when it comes to pizza I always think it s worth spending more for better quality. Every single staff member was super nice and had a smile which is HUGE these days.

Toppings and cheese quality are extremely delicious quality is definitely a top priority here. Would reccomend this spot to everyone !!!

Messed up my order, way too much sauce (and not good sauce)...a very mediocre pizza. My best comparison was that it's like a thin crust Pizza Pizza. Threw mine out after a slice, couldn't finish it.

Fryer was broken, menu was limited but server was super cool

Pizza is good but kinda pricey. Chicken wings tastes average. Meh

Pizza can be a bit expensive compared to the main stream pizza joints like pizza pizza but quality it imcomparable. It's a class on its own. I've tried the procuitto and arugula leaves and it's just mouth watering. Wouldn't come here to often as price is on the higher end but that's what you pay for.

Pizza is fantastic but it truthfully is very pricey. No $8 meal deals here, sorry -- but it is the only gourmet pizza place that delivers. The pepperoncini dipping sauce is great, but the garlic one needs work. During inclement weather or peak times, you're not getting your pie for at least 1.5 hours so I'd recommend picking it up.

Always love this place. I'm not going to say it's the best pizza in the city. But it really is. Everytime I'm in the area it's a must have. The asiago dipping sauce is heaven as well.

Honestly I've lived in the area for 5 years drove by this place for years. Finally stopped by and its honestly the best pizza I've had. I'm definitely going to make this place my go to and you should too!

The food continues to delight me with fresh flavor concepts and also FBI pizza will give you a custom pizza experience.

This is some DELICIOUS pizza and worth every penny. The ingredients are always fresh and they don't skimp; their crust holds the toppings perfectly. Service is always great: friendly and eager to please. Best take-out pizza in this neighbourhood.

I ve been a frequent customer of FBI Lakeshore location for the past few years, the Pizza has always been delicious but the recent order I placed on June 21st, 2020 left little to be desired and was not a pleasant experience. I paid $40+ for a pizza and upon arrival it looked like someone had dropped the pizza on the floor (it was falling apart and squished into one side of the pizza box, I should have taken a picture but was shocked at how it arrived) and the crust underneath the pizza was soggy and burnt and inedible. This was for Father s Day and left one sad Dad. I really should have called to tell the restaurant of my experience but my husband didn t want me to since this is not typical of their restaurant. I don t think I ll be ordering from them again though after this experience, truth be told It s been hit or miss with them the last few times I ve ordered with the quality of the pizza... I use to say it was the best in the neighbourhood, now I feel I can t make that claim.

Amazing . The sause was on point. The price was right. The environment was equally as good. Definitely one of the best pizza places I have ever visited. Hats off to the owners and staff!! Would highly recommend FBI Pizza to anyone that is a pizza lover!

Pizza here was sub par and very expensive. Would not go back. Somehow we ended up paying 40 dollars for a large pizza (can't remember the exact size according to their dumb sizing system ). Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

My favorite go to pizza (in my neighborhood)! Always fresh hot and never fails a taste test. More often than not there is a line, however nobody minds waiting for this place. Simple no muss no fuss in and out, they know what they're doing and do it well. Get the Canadese Pizza you will thank me later.

Yuck what happened to this place ordered thin crust. Not . Sauce boring. Cheese yuck. Ingredients yuck. Nothing special and big disappointment

Wow great place, food amazing (especially the pizza) employees friendly and helpful. Under new management since January and lots of changes also renovated washrooms and always clean.. Keep it up FBI, regular customer for sure.. :)) oxox

Best pizza on lakeshore. Hands down. Ive never had a bad experience. The staff at the lakeshore location are super friendly and have solid customer service. The delivery service is super fast and by some magical way the pizza is always HOT. Worth every dollar.

Amazing pizza that I crave more than any other place in Toronto. It's different than your typical pizza but worth the drive to Mimico.

They just use fancy menu, and seating and everything looks nice,
but their pizza isn't even good. Lol I love Pizza Nova more.

Ordered a large pizza / chicken wings / garlic bread and 2 deserts. Got it for me and my friend ( 2 ppl ). The pizza was good but I can guarantee that pizza Nova / domino's Is better and ofcourse waaaaay cheaper than that ( yes payed around 60$ just for this and guess what am still hungry.. your pizza is good ( not amazing ) this large seemed like a medium domino's pizza. Not satisfied at all. Never ordering from here.

Always used to pass by this place but never got a chance to go in until October 2018. I was impressed. Not just your regular pizza joint. It's a sit down with gorgeous servers and high quality pizza. Will return again one day.

Ordered takeout pizza and while the pizza was tasty, I found it overpriced. Staff behind the bar were not wearing masks when we picked up our order & debit terminal didn't have a "no tip" option. Would order again but not one of the "gourmet" pizzas.

What a delicious pizza, the menu has lots of optons and the ceasar salad is amazing!!! Definitely recommend it!

Grabbed a phenomenal takeaway pizza and craft beer and on tap while I waited :-)
