We came to a realization at this restaurant. Goat cheese is significantly under utilized on pizza. We built our own pie and added prosciutto and house made sausage and the aforementioned goat cheese. The sausage was well seasoned. The prosciutto was delicious but was cut in too big of pieces and fell off when you tried to eat it. This is just a minor inconvenience for an experienced eater such as myself though. My only complaint was that the beer selection was pretty slim.
