Great service I mostly just eat lunch out and this place is by far the best good food for a good price and quick

The service was good and the employs were almost like family

Got greeted 4 time.before i order and had great advice on what i should.order and the price match the food for real.

Didn't get to eat here because by the time we got there they were already closed. By will be trying to go there again very soon

We enjoy this Fazoli s. Food is always hot and fresh. They bring it to your table, you don t have to stand at the counter waiting. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Worst place ever. Over priced food that's not even right, half of the time. And the management is poor. Every time I asked for the manager the problem is never solved and it's just annoying. Overall poor food, poor service, and poor management. It you want good Italian food you are better off going somewhere else that serves it.

We go here biweekly because my daughter loves the cheese pizza and I take her as a treat. I usually get the same employees when I drive through and they are always sweet. The wait isn't usually an issue and I've never had a problem with the food. When dining in, the tables were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests for extra tomatoes and breadsticks.

Fazoli's is awful it used to be good before the family sold out to the yum yum corporation.

Absolutely stingy with sauce. If I wanted dry plain pasta I would have ordered dry plain pasta. This is why I always order a side of sauce at this location but today was extraordinarily stingy with the sauce. I was able to eat about 1/3 of my baked spaghetti before the only thing left was dry plain pasta.

Good filling lunch special at a reasonable price ($5.00 including drink). Holiday weekday with a lot of people gone...so service was quick.

We will probably be back again.

Employees are generally pretty friendly. Sometimes they are pretty slow to clean off tables, I've passed 3 or 4 dirty tables before I could find a clean one to sit at before.

Friendly staff, but the wait was a little too long since I was there about an hour before the supper crowd.

When it was my turn to order the cashier told me he needed to take out breadsticks and left me standing there having not placed my order.

My wife and I brought in our three girls, all under the age of 6. We had a great dining experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great job!!

When you want olive garden but without the price. Lol

Gone several times now, and every time has been fantastic. Food has been hot and fresh, as well as plenty of freshly baked breadsticks. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Not sure why there are complaints about overpriced food; in my experience, two people can eat for around $20 and still have enough leftover to take home. Restaurant itself is very clean and tidy, and never overly crowded with people. Overall a very nice place, would definitely recommend.

Overall, tasty food...but my waitress was so nice. Tip when service is good.

Food was good was kinda slow. Also not pleasant when they open the window to hand you your food the employee says I don't even know what's in these bags. Luckily it was all their and correct

I love Fazoli's Fettucine and was not disappointed at this visit. Food was delicious with plenty of fresh breadsticks! And you can't a better meal for the price with the $5 lunch special!

American Italian, but good for the price, their submarinos are underated. They have new lunch specials that save you money.

Honestly, I feel the quality is at least as good as Olive Garden without having to wait to be seated and get reamed out over price.

We were the only ones eating inside. I guess people are still avoiding in-restaurant dining. The staff were great and followed all the requirements and recommendations related to Covid-19. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Awesome service an atmosphere friendly workers really good food an service

Good for $5 lunch, but does not have the fancy Coke mixer machine. Drink options are pretty limited.

Food took nearly 45 minutes to come out and the restaurant was almost empty. Food was mediocre at best, they forgot to bring out our salads with the pasta so had to wait another nearly 15 minutes just for them to come out with the salad and they gave us both the wrong dressing. Was a disappointing visit and didn't get any compensation for the time we wasted having to wait. Maybe next time.

So I've always wanted to go to the Fazolis restaurant. For those that wonder what it tastes like let me put it like this. It's like a cheaper version of Olive Garden but it has Cheesecake Factory dessert :-) also the breadsticks are awesome and they're all you can eat just in case if you didn't know that. They taste like a extremely concentrated version of Olive Garden's breadsticks. They're very good. The staff here was great and I would encourage anyone coming to this restaurant to download the app before their first purchase. I know this sounds like a a plug for the restaurant but it's not, I just enjoyed the Sky Restaurant a lot :-) oh for the vegans out there they have really good vegan impossible balls for the spaghetti :-)

Fazoli's has really gone downhill from their glory days of "Real Italian, Real Fast." Now it's more like "Overpriced Italian, Sometime Today." The prices have increased dramatically over the last few years, as they continue to try to make themselves into more of a fast-casual restaurant than a fast food restaurant, with the real plates and silverware. It's just not the same experience that it used to be.

Recommend the 1/2 & 1/2 baked fettuccini/ ravioli for $5 and cheesecake factory oreo cheesecake!

Great service! Very clean and tidy! Food is what it is.

Food is always good and hot, most importantly every order is correct (very unusual for most). Would give it five stars, but the wait is awful. If there is more than two cars in the drive through expect to sit around for about 15 minutes.

Can't beat the value, especially with coupon / rewards app. Love the $5 lunch deal! Always a winner.
