It's pretty good for a quick service eatery. Breadsticks are killer.

Come here every week with my kids. Good fast food and all the yummy breadsticks you wants assures that you get enough to eat!

It's okay, they don't seem to ever have a lot of bread sticks on hand when you dine in.

Liked it but prices are too high, I can eat at a steak house cheaper.

The food made my stomach hurt and the cashier who was an elderly lady kept talking to my husband when we were trying to have a family dinner. She lingered around sooo long which I thought was very inconsiderate.

Fazolis has really changed since the last time I was around. What used to be a fast food joint that had good bread sticks is now a nice little restaurant type establishment that waits your tables for you.

The bread sticks are brought around in baskets as they used to be in the old days, your food is brought out to you, and the "waiters" come to your table and take empty plates. It's got a great atmosphere now and it feels clean. Food quality was to be expected. It isn't Olive garden, but you're also not paying for Olive garden. A good compromise.

I love their Fettuccini Alfredo and the to-go containers they give you make it easier to re-heat any leftovers you have. Overall 9/10 rounded up to 5/5.

For fast food Fazoli's can't be beat. The price is very reasonable and the portions of food is very adrquate. My favorite thing there besides bread sticks of course is pizza baked spaghetti.

Had a birthday lunch with my daughter and my 9 year old grandson who was born on his mommy's birthday. Food was wonderful.

Fazolis use to be better. That is really all i can say.

Pricey, as usual, but friendly. Slow drive thru, and had to make sure on order as it was wrong. I used to manage this location so I love it. But it has seen better days. The salad was good though.

Not sure what meat they use in meatsauce but I can no longer eat it, same with Taco Bell and GS Chili. Some new additive. But I had the marinara and was fine.

My favorite are the meatball sliders. Three are a meal. Yum!

Fazoli's is decent food, however way overpriced. The workers are nice on the inside and give me and my family the decent food that I had talked about. However, their drive through is really slow and our order is almost always messed up. Me and my family are left wondering how they always find ways to mess up our order. Future note- If you go to Fazoli's's, go inside so you can make sure they get your order correct.

I love Italian food.. This is a quick place to get it.

The service was good, I bought a custom Alfredo dish, I order to go but went inside, they gave me 6 breadsticks and a bowl of extra alfredo sauce for one meal without upcharging me. Good service and food. They redid the inside so when you're ordering inside at the counter you can no longer see inside of the kitchen they bricked it up, I added the picture I took to the Google images you can see it if they approve the picture. My girlfriend and I get something to go at least once a month for a few years, I reccomend this fazolis for great fast food Italian dinner for one or more.

For kids that love pasta Fazoli's is a slam dunk. Unlimited bread sticks is a treat as well.

Good food & pleasant atmosphere. Not noisy. Very nice employees.

Slowest ever experienced. Took 25 minutes to get food in dining room.

The past two times we have been there we have sat in the drive-thru for over an hour. Terrible service. We won t be back to this Fazoli s.

Family meals on Thursday are a favorite at our house. Something everyone likes and reasonably priced after the Thursday discount.

Got the new lobster mac-n-cheese. The lobster flavor was great, just wish test kitchen would make the sause/cheese mixture a little more sharp. Looking forward to trying their other 2 mac-n-cheeses. Wish this was an all the time dish instead of seasonal. Also, I felt the price was reasonable for the lobster mac-n-cheese.

Dont know why it's taking so long; but waiting over 10mins in the drive thru is ridiculous. This isnt the 1st time this Fazolis has had issues.

Not a huge fan of Italian food but they make a mean sandwich!

I go through the drive through on my lunch and it always takes less than 5 minutes! Sometime i wish my pasta could be more fresh but that is my only complaint! Drive through girls are awesome, polite, and even ask me about my work day sometimes! It seems like they really care about their jobs.

Food was hot and tasty! Nice staff ready serve and to help as I had two young kids with me. Fairly clean establishment. No complaints out of me!!

Good food, decent price, the environment is modernized. But they brought back breadstick delivery for dine in!

The bread sticks are awesome and the samplers are great.

The food was great. The service was horrible. When our food came, my husband offered a bowl to be removed. She told him she didn't have time, she had other things to do and walked off. Rude!

Chicken fettuccini alfredo was fantastic. Great atmosphere.

The last several times I have went through the drive thru and gotten a meal, my salad was never given to me and that is on top if having a long wait. Basically if a person is going to get a meal it is better if they get the pizza because they won't receive the salad.

Need faster drive thru service. Food is fresh . friendly staff

We ate inside and was very impressed. We were greeted and quickly able to order our food. Within five minutes after sitting down two different employees quickly brought us bread sticks. It had a restaurantesque feel even though it isn't. It was a nice visit. Definitely would go again

Friendly staff. Food is usually pretty good. $5 lunch specials are hard to beat.

I never usually have a problem here, i guess tonight something was wrong with the speaker? I waited a solid 5 minutes in the drive thru at the speaker without anyone acknowledging me trying to order. There were only 2 other cars ahead of me and 1 car behind me. it wasnt backed up or in the middle or a rush. I drove around and let the person behind me go ahead to the speaker to see if they'd have better luck, and THEY got to order in less than 30 seconds. I had no real problem after that, though the lady at the window was very short in her dialogue. Didnt tell me the price at the speaker and didnt repeat the order at the window until i asked.

This might be the best restaurant in Frankfort. The quality and quantity of food is always the same and the saff is always friendly.
