Fast food Italian. Maybe no so fast. But typical American Italian. Good tasting food. So so price. So so atmosphere.

Fazoli s is the best!!! The breadsticks are always fresh, the food is always good, and the employees always provide great service. These are great people who work tirelessly to provide customers with great Italian food and excellent service, for which we should all be very grateful. I think the only reason the food is overpriced , is because of the con artists who are looking to get free stuff and the people who make the servers throw away perfectly good food because of a small mistake, and raising prices is the one way the company can keep up. Things cost money, that s how the real world works!!!!! And maybe we could show a little more respect and appreciation towards the people who try to place our needs first? If you were to order some pasta and it came out late, it might be because the restaurant is overcrowded and they are trying to take care of everyone, or they are just understaffed and it can t be helped. Would you rather your order be quick and undercooked or slow and made just right? Try to put yourself in their place for a while and maybe you ll understand.

For $5.88 I got a bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce which was generously topped with freshly grated parm, a nice size salad featuring cheese, grape tomatoes, croutons and a good selection of dressings AND hot, soft bread sticks. Oh, I almost forgot the refillable Coke!! An amazing Lunch Special!!

I didn't feel up to cooking and I still had a few more stops to make before going home. I decided to have dinner with my kids and I here. It was perfect, the food was reasonably priced and came out very fast. It was good and felt like what I would have cooked at home.

It's ok if you want some decent Italian food on the go. Like their lasangua better than anything else. If you download their app you will recieve free food in your email from time to time. Usually every couple of months. I have recieved free Sampler Platters twice and they have a value of around 7/8 dollars. Free cheesecake, tortilenni, and spaghetti, ect. Full size portions not sample sizes. It's a great way to see if you like a certain item before you spend money on it. Sometimes you are required to purchase a drink but most of the time there is absolutely no purchase required. Best food app available that I have found.

Just hit the drive thru, why can't they get an order correct? Sure they will fix it when you call but you have to drive back to this terrible store. Not coming here again.

The first breadsticks that were served were hard. However, once that was fixed, everything was great as usual.

Too expensive for "fast food"! The chicken was tough and had a lot of fat!

Normally this location is pretty good, but tonight was a different story. When eating, I thought the food tasted a little different than normal, but didn t think much of it. About 20 minutes after, I immediately throw up and had to run to the bathroom. The past hour and a half has been food poisoning at it s finest. Will not be going here again.

Rude staff, who made it very clear they didn't want to be at work. Bread sticks were terrible and old, and the pasta was cold... won't be back, since this is the third time in a row we've experienced this!

I ve been here twice in the last week and went through the drive thru. Both times I have asked for meat sauce with fettuccine noodles, yet I keep getting fettuccine with Alfredo sauce. Both times the receipts were correct, yet the food was wrong. Should have checked the food in the drive thru instead of waiting till I got home.

I love fazolis bread sticks...buttery and golden....
