Had the 6,90 euro coffee and cake special. The cake was yummy and the Fazer blend brewed coffee was really fresh and not burnt at all.

Good cappuccino, and delicious sweets, a bit of a hustle and bustle around, self service, still expensive, Finnish pricing, but still good. Friendly service at the self service counter.

This location doesn't have the history or kudos of the main site nearby but offers similar fare. More for a quick bite than the experience there too.

Great location and high prices (in line with Helsinki's ones). Chai latte a d cinnamon bun recommended!

I loved this place. The coffee was very good and the candies exceptional. The staff was also very attentive. If you are around you should stop by and try some of what it is offered. I wish I could be back.

In fact, this is such a Finnish starbucks. Cafe with signature and classic coffee options. Very tasty pistachio snail. I expected that there will also be a branded candy store, but there is only a small shelf with boxes of several kinds.

Took some time to get to order a sandwich. Otherwise good and friendly service, and one free refill on our coffees also!

It was basically Fazer .. I was surprised to have a cake roll in the bun ..

The croissant and the cinnamon roll is delicious!! And you can save a few bucks for taking away!!

Salty snacks and the coffee were tasty, nice looking space on a very good spot. As for the negative feedback, it took a while to queue for service and because of the poor acoustics the atmosphere is very noisy and far from relaxing.

Fazer, well located and will not disappoint. Quality products, friendly service.

Good and expensive and crowded. Nice local where you can sit very isolated if you want and are lucky enough to get a seat. Chocolate and brandy for the coffee is never wrong. A must visit when visiting Helsinki.

I chose this shop's chocolate so I went to a cafe. The clerk is also friendly I got the cake and hot chocolate, but it was delicious. I also bought chocolate and I am satisfied with my return!

Very posh but a trend welcoming place. Its mine and my wife s favourite spot and today we took my parents here too who have travelled from London to visit us, to have a lovely cup of cappuccino and latte (with caramel) WOW! My parents loved the chocolate mix and being able to mix products in a bag. We also loved the fact that this place is family friendly and welcomes children. The premisses is full of desserts which I still need to try when we go there next time. Those who know how to play the Piano, help yourself to work your fingers on the lovely Yamaha Piano and give us customers a unique experience to lighten up the crowd and give the workers a unique motivation. Great team of staff very welcoming and customer friendly team with a great smile on their face who enjoy working in the environment.

Like to have breakfast here every now and then - nicely quiet in the city center. Only minus its the missing restroom at the cafe (the is one public available in the ground floor and on the top floor).

Coffee tastes ok but service is not good. Prices are at the upper end-not sure if they are justified.

Oh, now sacred Pirkkala. The coffees of this place are revolutionizing your world, so what an experience. Coffee took a real grip on my body that dominated sweat and ruthless pain. This is incredible. So what else can you hope for? I recommend to anyone who appreciates themselves even a little more than a deer in headlights. Thanks for this experience.

Good expensive coffee in Helsinki and good cheap coffee in Tallinn

I ordered a salad, and it felt expensive at the beginning, about ten euros, and it turned out to be amazing. The two people couldn't finish the kind, the freshness and taste were great, and it was worth it.

Good coffee and tea. Crosants are better than Robert's Coffen.

I like the classic look of the place. Good coffee and beautiful delicious (although pricy) pastries. "Choose your own toppings"-salads are also great. Peculiar acoustic design of the sealing makes you hear everything other people are talking on the other side of the dome (and they can hear you as well), which is a problem if you are sensitive to noice. And the place is very popular, so it is almost always crowded.

As soon as I saw this Fazer Cafe I immensely wanted to have a drink and treat there. The riisipiiraka that I had was better than anywhere else and the korvapuusti was delicious too! Next time I come to Finland it will be one of my first go to places

Too sweet!:) Nice place, but drinks and desserts are so-so sweet. Know that they have really tasty and not that expensive salads!

The place is great but the service is way too slow. There is not enough workers and a huge queues form all the time. Be ready to wait.

jFazer Cafe had a varied js good service. The staff was friendly but the tables were not clean enough. It did not work. There were many customers when there was delicious food to eat. A person's municipality could be boosted by even one, when it's a bit of a sell and a bit of table cleanliness.
