Very arrogant, nasty and disrespectful person in the shipping department.Yelling and screaming at the truck driver with no justification should be punished severely ! Loaded pallets of pop with huge gaps in between pallets, and resulted in a mess of pop cans and damage . Thanks scum bags ! Will not drink faygo pop ever again !
Faygo is easily the best drink in the world. I have been drinking Faygo for such a long time in my life if I had the choice to have one drink for a whole year It would be "Cotton Candy Faygo".

People say shipping is really slow. But in my experience it took 2 hrs from check in to check out. The only bad thing is that the place is really tight.

The ONLY factory/warehouse in Detroit that's completely functional! I LOVE most of their fruity flavors, (rep pop, cola, root beer, pina colada, cherry, apple, orange, banana, etc.) And of course it's also keeping Detroit BARELY alive, (despite of the recent bankruptcy) If it wasn't for Insane Clown Posse, Juggalos, rest of the Psychopathics artists and the REST of the groceries chains (big box to mom/pop stores) then this place would gone out of business. Anyways WHOOP WHOOP!!! (I've been down with the clown since early fall of 2002, MFCLWW!!!)
If you are dispatched here, REFUSE!!! This facility is a joke. Very slow, they don't care about appointments and they are in no hurry to load. You will truly wait for over 6 hours to get loaded. They schedule appointments but they are useless because they don't understand how to load within a 2 hour window. Do yourself a favor...unless you just like sitting and not getting paid, refuse this facility. HORRIBLE

Truckers! This please joke . 2 years ago was much better. If you have a choice then don t come here. They change apt on purpose, knowing that this is how they work here. Be very careful when taking load to this place.

Super Slow. Snail Speed. If coming here for a PU or DEL, be ready to spend 5-6 hours here. Life stops here. Feels like its afterlife. Nobody is in a rush for anything. To enter the facility you need to take SUPERIOR ST from GRATIOT. But i would advise you to turn around and leave if you re picking up from here. You think you ve seen worse? This facility will make your worse feel like you re blessed !!

Faygo. Y'all really tried it. Did yall really just add some more flavor profile(EXCEPT the moon mist clearly ) to the Candy Apple flavor and rebranded it as Moon Mist Red? Im sad af. Very disappointed cuz it don't taste how I remember. Please fix. Or shelf it again. I'd rather not have it at all at this point. Gross.
Growing up around Detroit Faygo is always my favorite
I was a driver there for 4 months what they have you go through is completely unnecessary this is the only company that does it you have to count all your product on the truck in the morning and if you count it wrong and you're short at the end of the day then you have to pay for the product you as a professional CDL a driver get paid the same as a warehouse worker starting out as a new employee you're going to be paying over $113 a week just for health insurance you have to pay into union dues which is another $250 to $300 and then $50 a repressed of the month they're starting you out at 1975 while you're in training and then 2375 once you're done with training it's really a company that doesn't care about its drivers while I was there the bulk drivers had all types of issues in the morning from the handhelds to not have enough pallet jacks to pallet jacks being broken or not able to be used trailers not being able to be used
Great product!!!! Cannot stress that enough. But the customer service when you call them is rude and unprofessional.
We haven't been to one of their distbuston centers because I live in SC but my boyfriend enjoys the cream sodas,so thanks for the great products.

Morning folks, I went to Faygo Pop,thee people here in shipping were very nice to me. I am 56 years old now, and last drank some back in thee 60's. They do not sell it in Charleston South Carolina, where I live. 5 gold stars from me.

Place was a cluster when I got there for a 7 am appointment... after reading the reviews, I was Abita concerned about my destiny! Lol they pulled me aside and said they would call when a dock was available.. It really didn't take that long.. once I dropped the trailer in the dock It only took about a half an hour to load.. I can see where it could go bad there, but I was fortunate..

If you try do delivery at this place it will turn to nightmare. Old building with old tight docks overfilled with Faygo Trucks for local deliveries. No room to park even to go to receiving check in. Even if you get a dock you can spend 4-5 hours there. Worst thing that people not friendly at all and do not care how long you sit there.
Their red pop, rock and rye pop, root beer pop, and creme soda are THE BEST.

I get deliveries at a business. The driver is incompitent at best, very stand offish and blatently disrespectful. The customer service is at the same level as drivers. Had my issue sent to VP of sales. Was promised a callback. Didnt happen and they literally have delivered me bad product 3x now. Looks like I will only carry IDI beverages from now on. At least I know the product will be fresh and sealed/filled properly. Towne Club is the only decent pop left in Detroit. Please check the product before you drink/buy as this cannot be safe. Update: I heard from them and I was assured that they will do better. I hope this holds true. As for now, I hope they were truthful. Final update: Glass not filled properly havent ordered again. Its definetly Faygo not caring anymore.
