I leased a new Ford Ranger this week and I absolutely love it! This is my fourth time getting a new vehicle and it was my best experience yet. Thank you Ciocca team.

We bought a 2018 Ford Fusion Friday night and are super happy. The car is pristine and runs beautifully. Kailyn was awesome and knew we needed a vehicle that night. It was delivered to our house and we couldn t be happier.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. From the moment we made contact with Heather who helped guide us through the early process and then Tony the Finance Manager who took us through all the paperwork and made it happen with such ease, and then Izzy who helped my son figure out all the workings of the car, what a great experience. Everyone showed a sincere desire to make sure my son and I were satisfied and happy. If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go!

I recently went in to get the oil changed in my 2006 Ford Focus. Overall, the experience was good - easy to schedule online, courteous staff, etc. HOWEVER, be wary of any repairs/maintenance they suggest for your vehicle. After the multi-point inspection the service staff mentioned replacing my rear bushings as they were "starting to go" and may be an issue at inspection. The catch? I know I replaced my rear bushings two years ago through another mechanic, and have only put 6k miles on the car since. I didn't ask for further definition of "starting to go" and declined the repairs, but it makes me question if they actually looked at the bushings or if this suggestion was based purely off the mileage of the vehicle.Good spot for quick routine maintenance, but do your research and get a second opinion on anything else.

Let me start off by saying that these guys offer a one of a kind experience. We had originally come in to look at purchasing a truck that had just gotten traded. Charlie made sure to give us a call as soon as their shop checked it out. The managers Eric and Corey were fully transparent from the very start and made this quick cash deal painless. While looking for the truck, we spotted a Lexus that I LOVED, but with my negative equity I never thought we d be able to get it. Charlie quickly got an appraisal together and got everything to finance. Within minutes Juan had an approval for the exact payment I wanted. These guys are AMAZING and I don t think I will ever take my business elsewhere. Thank you to everyone at Ciocca of Souderton!

I ve been looking for a new car for 3 long years and I ve been taken to the cleaners by dealerships in the past. So, I m one of those people who can easily walk away because I ve been burnt and I know how it feels to get home and realize that I really can t afford the car. I found this potential good deal in Ciocca Williamsport, like 3 hours away and I asked about it and discovered that they can bring it to my Ciocca Souderton. They needed to know that I was serious. Eric the manager was able to make it happen. Kayla met me outside. Charlie took my information and allowed me to drive is to my mechanic to throughly look it over. I was then confident in the cars value to make an offer to Charlie and soon we agreed on a final price. I signed the paperwork while Charlie detailed and filled up my new car. I m so grateful for Ciocca bringing the car to Souderton. Today 2 days later I have no regret and I m proud of my beautiful new car.

Couldn t be happier with this dealership! I was turning in my Edge lease to upgrade to an explorer and they made it so easy. Mike Baker was our salesman and he was great, very friendly and walked us through everything! Tony, in finance was very helpful and throughout too! If your looking for a good place to buy a car, this is the place to go. Chris Miller, Jeff the GM and finance went ABOVE and beyond for me.
